i am haviing the same problem aswell i been looking foward to playing this game aswell. i have emailed the fella but no replie so far and i have xp not vista so cant be that

For those who can't get the game to work...do the following, I couldn't get the game to work but i've worked out how to make it work. I'll give details of where I extracted installed to so you can follow with your computer.

Once you get past the process of mounting a drive so you can extract the files to a folder...extract to a location on your harddrive, if you have 2 hard drives extract the files to the harddrive which is not the C:\ drive.
If you have 1 harddrive install to that harddrive.

I have 2 harddrives so I extracted to E:\Hooligans\, I made a folder called 'Hooligans' on the E:\ drive and extracted everything into there.

Now go to the folder where you just extracted the files and...run the setup.exe and choose c:\Program Files\Hooligans\ as installation destination which should be default. Now the game can be installed as 'Normal' or 'Full', install as 'Full'. Once the installation process is complete then thats done, I installed my game in C:\Program Files\Hooligans\.

Now...go to your folder where you extracted the game files, mine is E:\Hooligans and go into a folder called 'Crack', once in there you will see a 'hooligans' application, click and drag on to the desktop, a shortcut will now be created on your desktop, now on to the next step...

...right click on the shortcut your just created on our desktop and then click on 'Properties'.

Now click on the shortcut tab if not already on it...the 'Target:' should be the destination to the Crack folder where you extracted the files, on mine it says E:\Hooligans\Crack\hooligans.exe, it should already be set on yours to the correct destination.
The 'Start in:' should be the destination to Hooligans.exe where your installed the game to, on mine it says "C:\Program Files\Hooligans", this is not what it says on your so change it to "C:\Program Files\Hooligans"...this should be the same as mine because I said earlier to installed your game to "C:\Program Files\Hooligans\", now that is done there is one last thing you need to do...don't close the properties window just yet...

...click on the 'Compatability' tab. Now in 'Compatability mode' click on the box 'Run this program in compatability mode for:' and then select 'Windows Server 2003 (Service Pack 1)', click 'apply' at the bottom right and then press ok.

Now run the game by double clicking on the shortcut on your desktop, now it works perfect, this may not work with operating systems other than XP and Vista, I use vista and works perfect so I don't see why it won't work on any computer that has vista, if it does not work then make sure you have correctly followed everything I said carefully, if you have any questions post here please, thanks.

i followed the instructions correctly i think
i installed the game and wen i go to play it says insert a disk
is this because i havent done the crack properly where do i extract the crack file to ?? can some one just tell me where im rong here please guys
im nearly there its just the crack i think wot not right

**** it im from belgium i try do do the instructions and damn it i cant understand it i did what i think i saw in the explanation but i cant get it to work couple of years aggo i had the game i really like to play but this is already the third day in a row i tried it if someone has the game and is from holland or belgium plaese give me a walktrue to install en play the game
