i've downloaded 3 differentpatches and all say "corrupt".
Does anybody know why and where i could find one that works?

It's not the patch being corrupt, it says it's the Manager08.exe cracked file, which means the patch recognizes we have a pirated copy. Trying to reinstall the game and patching it before applying the cracked file could work (the saved games won't be affected as they reside in the Documents user folder). Still have to try it though.
OTOH, this is a wonderful game that fully deserves to be bought. If one month from now I'll be still playing it I'm sure this will become a purchase.

when extracting .rar file it asking for pass
