Has anyone actually managed to install this at all? I got to the part where you choose location and language, then it just seems to lock up... Does it work on xp systems? can any 1 verify please? also i know it seems logical but i take it you start with the cd1 the install cd?

You can install it without any problem under XP, but cant use it becasue does not have crack or serial.
Has anyone working serial, activacion code?

Try This, Using crack above, Copy everything from crack1 folser to C:ADCDA2 folder and replace files when asked, Then Copy everythin from Crack2 to the same folder overwriting the files you just copied from crack1, Double click on Autodata.exe from desktop and it seems to work... Let me know if this works for you too.

i will do this in a few parts as comment is too long !!!
k now you have nothing running and your disc 2 is in the drive ( unless you have installed to hard drive )
goto:
my computer
select C drive
find ADCDA2 ( IGNORE THE ADCDTEMP)
ok now you have found that
goto you crack folder you downloaded from the above likes ok now open it look for the folder called CRACK_1 and open it
ok now select it all FROM CRACK ONE and copy it and paste it into the window that you have open called ADCDA2, click YES TO ALL
to the popup.
now as the program is installed, it would have put a short cut on the desktop to start it DELETE IT

ok a window has opened in the top right in red you will see a site code COPY IT ( right click and goto copy )
ok now open the other blue icon called ADKEY.exe or just ADKEY
you now have a little window open, paste you site code you just copyed in there and click generate
copy the code generated into the big empty white box where you got the site code from just below UNLOCK APPLICATION
NOW CLICK CONTINUE

you should have a box popup, just click ok
ok close ALL WINDOWS
now go back to:
MY COMPUTER
C DRIVE
ADCDA2
move it to one side, and open in your crack folder CRACK_2 and open it, select all of the files in crack 2 and paste all of them
into the ADCDA2 folder, just like before and just click YES TO ALL to the popup.
ok now look for the blue icon in the ADCDA2 folder called ADBCD.exe or just ADBCD, right click on it, find SEND TO and select
DESKTOP ( create shortcut )
NOW CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AGAIN AND OPEN YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT

Hi All, i want thank all who particip to share this file with us, that good really.
So friends, i think i have probleme with .UIF files, i know that Universal Image Format (.UIF) just picture as .ISO or .BIN or.NGR ... worked with software MagicIso.
The probleme, The MagicIso can't open or convert my files .UIF, i try to find another software who can help me to open or convert the UIF files but i don't find it.
Please friends if you are already work with your Autodata v3.18 can you tell me with wich software you opened it and what you can give me like Advice.

i am now downloading the uif files of this autodata v3.18 is it easy to put all of this on my computer. i have read the above comments and it all sounds complicated to me. why can't the programme work when downloaded like films and music etc, why do u need to go somewhere else for a crack code and then carry out all of the instructions listed here, also when this works can it be run just from the disc. ps i have already downloaded a version of this and burnt it onto a disc when i come to open this programme i carry out instructions listed by stokie it does everthing he says but the last task, it tells me that it is expired, any thoughts anyone, if i had hair i would pull it out. regards Vinny

i am not thick in any way shape or form, i own a large garage business that deals with everything in the motor trade, trading now for over 20 years. to be told to go and buy this software after i have asked for help is to say the least a little annoying. i dont think there are many people out there that can do things for the first time without being shown especially the problems with autodata and the crack ( i have spent hours reading about other people in the same boat as me)i like to get things for nothing then share with other people as i do with lots of other sites that i have joined.i just need to know how to download a proper autodata v3.18 and how to work the crack. when i have done this i will not need to ask again because i will save the information, so i can do it every year, and also help others,i am now going to email stokie21 and hope that he can help. ps i do not want to get in any slagging matches this is the last time i comment on this matterr, regards vinny

hi folks. just joined and downloaded this torrent. having some bother though. im not even gettin to the part to crack the thing. after burning the ISOs to cd and running the install file, i accpet the T&Cs and then it installs to 93% where it comes up saying file access denied. its ADBCD.EXE it stops on every time.
anyone had this happen?

Just another comment, i've been using this fantastically since december, but a mate told me it goes outta date. I've tried changing the date on the computer to 1 year ahead and right enough it does come up with out of date. Dont suppose anyone knows how to get round this

Holy fek, what do you think i've been saying in the comments above you. I have tried what I can to try other cracks on here but they are the same. It is also fiendieshly tricky to uninstall to see if reinstalling it fixes it. So if anyone has any suggestions how to sort this it would be very much appreciated. The only way I have come up with so far is when you start your computer, before you start autodata, change the date in your taksbar back to jan, click apply, then open autodata, it works fine, then once it's open, change your date back to the correct date, it still seems to work ok. But if there is a better way of getting round this it would be much appreciated

best way is a little program called date cracker delete 3.18 shorcut and start autodata with date cracker (stops the message just waiting to see if it still runs in 7 days)

ok lads i hope this will help, some antivirus is saying adkey is a virus so before you start the crack turn off your antivirus and if your running vista make sure you run the files as admin when yor finished turn your antivirus back on it works fine for me but all the cracks ive found expire in march (4 days) and i cant seem to get date crack programme to work for me ??????????????

Use date cracker, all you have to do is to type that into your search engine, it's free, it doesnt need a crack, and if you cant work out how to use it as it's soooo simple, get a 5year old round to do it.

Does this version include the wiring diagrams even though it's the full version? This is the most important to me, but when I followed the above instructions and got it working (thanks stokie21 ) the wiring diagrams don#t appear in the option.

6. Instalation notes for Autodata
6.1 Install AD3.18 from orginal CD
6.2 In C:ADCD copy folder part1
6.3 After that copy folder part2
6.4 Turn off antivirus protection and run ADkey(don*t worry when you see 3.16 all is ok)
6.5 Start Autodata,generate site code and unlock aplication.
6.6 Delete ADkey.exe
6.7 Start antivirus
6.8 Install Date Cracker 2000
6.9 Start DC2000.exe and click in ADD button (use google to find it)
6.10 Add "Autodate 3.18" as Description
6.11 Click in "..." button and Search "C:\ADCDA2\ADBCD.EXE"
6.12 Click in "RUN" button

when ive installed cd3 onto cd and tryied to install it using icon "ins" it goes through but then asks me to either "load to hard drive" or "run cd which requires cd2 or cd3" which one do i choose? i choose "run from cd" it then says installation complete and then asks me to run cd but when i press ok it says insert cd in drive, but my cd is in the drive and nothing happens after the can you help please.

There are two install.exe's one "ins" and one "install". Use the install one and when it asks for the 3rd cd put in the 2nd cd you have. It will install the hard drive. Ins fails on my pc too.

But an error is shown: "This verion of the CD/DVD has expired. Please ensure that the correct version of the CD/DVD is installed". I m SURE it is 3.18 version! WHAT SHALL I DO? Ok, i SOLVED on my own.
It's a clock problem. today is May 20 2008. I turned BACK my clock to 1 year LESS (May 20 2007) and it START UP, NO PROBLEM.
So, friends, if you have my same problem, TURN BACK your Windows Clock to some time (i turned back 1 year, you can find the last date accepted) and enjoy!

ok people i am still getting lots of e-mails about autodata. The most common about the date patch, the old " expired version one "
i know most of you read the comments and know how to fix this, i thought i would show you an easy way of doing this, i will also make it idiot proof as of my last post.
Also why i am here the 2nd most common e-mail i get is, you dont have the file called adkey.exe This is because it looks like a virus to most antivirus programs, IT IS NOT A VIRUS the whole program is virus free so turn them off and download the r@pidshare link i put up again. This should sort it for you.
ok the date fix, again i have uploaded it using r@pidshare. if you do not know how to use r@pidshare look at comment 34 on this page that i posted.

ok now you have it, you will need to unzip it with winzip or winrar ect ect
ok now its unzipped click on setup.exe and install the program, Once installed its up to you how you want to configure it, this is just how i do it and i know it works so its your call.
ok now its installed go to start ( bottom left ), then all programs find date cracker 2000 and start it up
you should have a a few options there,
Click ADD, a box will open saying enter program description, put in the program name or what ever you want to call autodata
e/g AUTODATA
ok you should now see it in the big white box,
now click the little row of dots ... in the bottom right square, it should open a browse for files window
goto:
MY COMPUTER
C DRIVE
ADCDA2
find the file called ADBCD.exe or just ADBCD and select it, then press ok
now thats done, look for the box in date cracker thats called " Simulated run date "
put the date in as: may 1, 2007
Now thats done press the word RUN
autodata should start.

i found the best way to tidy this up is to remove the short cut for the main auto data off the desktop ( The one i told you to make in comment 14 ), so you have no short cut for auto data at all on the desktop
now goto start
all programs
datecracker 2000 ( RIGHT CLICK ONCE ON IT ) and goto SEND TO DESKTOP ( Create short cut )
ok now its on the desktop, Right click it and RENAME it to Autodata when you have renamed it open it,
all the settings should already be there from last time so just click the word RUN
and enjoy

iv tryed stokie21's crack (post 12,13,14) about 10 times and every time get an error message 'invalid registration code'
when i click on the ADBCD.exe nothing happens, it starts a process in the background and thats it.

ive installed autodata many times without any probs, but now i always get invalid activation code come up when i paste serial number in.
just wondered if autodata wised up to what we are doing. Or if we need to come up with some new adkeys or whatever.
slimjim69 i think you need to turn of your antivirus, but i think you will end up in the same boat as me in the end.

none of the cracks work anymore so would not bother .

I've had autodata working via the crack since April, it required the date cracker 2000 a while back to keep working but recently it stopped, even clicking on the ADBCD.exe nothing happened.
Anyhow after much faffing about using system restore repeatedly it seems it's something to do with AVG??
I wont go into the details fully but I tried many things and I've now disabled AVG (note I had previously delted add key so it's not to do with that), Autodata is working ok. Somewhere an AVG update disables the modified, (cracked), ADBCD.EXE. whatever I tried (like adding the ADBCD2 folder to exceptions) didn't work.. if AVG was allowed to update or even download the update, autodata would stop working. (possibly it's comparing exe size with a known size)

...........I might be wrong and will post back if it stops working again, but what lead me to this was autodata was still working on my laptop (that I'd not got around to putting avg on) my other PC's all have avg and on them autodata stopped working.
In using system restore in xp and disabling avg it seems ok now (I couldn't uninstall avg as it says it's missing a file)
so if you have autodata that was working and suddenly it's not, even with date cracker 2000 / back dating etc do you have avg? (may happen with other virus software also).
make a current restore point you can return to and try it a month or so back. If autodata then works disconnect from the net and disable avg (or other antivirus) and see if it continues to work.

reinstalled windows then installed autodata first, worked like a dream then installed all other programs, checking if autodata worked after each one was installed. everything fine till after i installed avg8 autodata stopped working! yep avg8 is the culprit.
i have a old laptop what i have just installed autodata on a nothing else , working great.WELL HAPPY THANKS!

PART 1
If you run ABDCD.EXE from crack 1 folder and do steps 2, 3, 4 and 5
before copying and replacing all files in C:\ADCDA2 with the ones from
the crack1 folder then running ABDCD.EXE will open a blank dialogue
box with nothing but an OK button, to fix this do steps 0a and 0b then proceed
to step 1
NB. if you run ABDCD.EXE at any point and nothing happens - REMOVE AVG 8
0a. DELETE HIDDEN FILE C:\windows\PCGWIN32.LI4
0b. REMOVE reg entry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\{84DCBA51-732FFD59-AB9DE9A4-9F7865C1}]
1. copy contents of crack 1 to c:\ADCDA2 overwrite everything
2. Run ADBCD.EXE
3. run adkey.exe
4. enter sitecode from ABCD.EXE in adkey.exe
5. click generate in adkey
6. enter generated key from adkey.exe into ADBCD.exe (click continue)
NB. RUNNING ABDCD.EXE AT THIS POINT SHOULD GIVE AN CD/DVD EXPIRED ERROR
7. Double click Autodata V3.16.exe
8. just ok prompt
9. create shortcut on your desktop to Autodata V3.16.exe
10. Enjoy :-)

Having trouble installing Autodata 3.18
I have just installed and tested the software and it works great.
Follow these instructions to the letter and it will install no problem.
1. Install Autodata 3.18 CD Disk 1 ( that is the install disk)
2. Install Autodata 3.18 CD Disk 2 ( that is the data disk)
Note they will install on the C: drive in a folder named ADCD2
3. Unzip the crack by extracting to the folder ADCD2.
This will place a folder named Autodata3.18crack by Zogdi
4. Open this folder and open the folder named part 1
5. Select all the files in this folder and copy them to the ADCD2 folder
Note it will overwrite original files.
6. Go back and open the folder Autodata3.18crack by Zogdi and open the folder named part 2
7. Select all the files in this folder and copy them to the ADCD2 folder
8. Delete the shortcut on the desktop ADBCD
9. Start Autodata,generate site code and unlock application
10. Delete ADkey.exe
Now go to next posting as could not fit all on this one

installing Autodata 3.18 continued
11. Right click the ADBCD file and select send to desktop to create a desktop shortcut for the file
12. Install Date Cracker 2000
13. Start DC2000.exe and click the ADD button
14. Add "Autodate 3.18" as Description, Yes that is Autodate not "autodata"
15. Click on "..." button and Search "C:\ADCDA2\ADBCD.EXE"
16. Enter the date August 20, 2002 in the date box
17. Click in "RUN" button
So easy when you know how. It has taken me 7 attempts to install, you must follow the sequence exactly.
Date cracker needs to be downloaded as it is not included with the Autodata download

Im having problems with this, ive successfully installed the application and copied the cracks to the adcd2 folder, but when i try to run the application i get the message " Wrong version of PCGW32.dll" the version of that file is 5.2.0.0 . Any ideas ??

copy from carck 1 to abcd2 then copy from carck 2 and then change date on your comp dont copy key because is virus

first time around it was because I wasn't running the different programs as administrator. Then once I did, I managed to get the install on, the box came up for the site code and retrieved the serial with adkey. However once I ran it, the exe appeared briefly in task manager then disappears. I decided to reinstall it. Since it doesn't come up in add/remove programs. I removed it manually. all files removed and all registry entries deleted.
Now when I install it, copy over the first crack folder and run it, all I get is a blank message box with an ok, I can't even got on what I had before to get the site code.
Has anyone come across this or can anybody offer any advice?

hey guys has anyone else have a problem with the addkey?? even with my antivirus turned off windows will not let me copy it or run it>>>??? 
Other than that small hick up i think i have autodata sorted, i have it installed just needs to be activated..

Easy .... info
Download this crack http://www.mininova.org/tor/2310239 it contains 3 files .
And this torrent here , it contains 2 CD image files , .uif type.
Use magic ISO to access these image files.
lotsa of ways to do this.
if you want CD's to carry about just burn each image to discs using magic ISO. and after intalling to hard drive. copy over the 3 crack files to the ADCDA2 FOLDER IN YOUR c: DRIVE
OR
again using magic iso.. delete the Autorun.exe file from the 2nd data disc, its not needed and is identified as a spyware/adware virus).
then copy the contents of both uif images into a single folder on your PC, call the folder anything you like. copy over the 3 crack files to the same folder overwriting 3 files.
Then either burn the files ( not the folder) to a DVD or mount the folder or make an image using magic iso or poweriso ,which either takes your fancy
and run the installer. using the install to HD option .
job done .

Has anyone actually managed to install this at all? I got to the part where you choose location and language, then it just seems to lock up... Does it work on xp systems? can any 1 verify please? also i know it seems logical but i take it you start with the cd1 the install cd?

I get autodata to work fine on XP, but when trying to install on Vista it does not work. 
Are there other steps you need to follow for vista?
