There's just an avi & a text file in the details so the subs must be hard coded if any.

The IMDB url in the general info tab shows language as German, so unless there are subs all the way through (ie. "like Letters From Iwo Jima"
, then you will need to know German to watch.

It's all in German. No subs. If found, please post a URL here.

Just tested partial download in VLCPlayer and found that GERMAN Subs are hard coded but can be disabled (only in VLCPLAYER not sure about media player classic).
Download the English Subs as posted by j1ncorp in comment 5 and give it try still. Hopefully we can choose between hard coded german subs and the engish one. Have to wait and see once the download is completed.

The English subs that i downloaded from the above link and from the link in comment 5 for this film seem to be completely out of sync. Correcting the timing by going into VobSub Properties and messing about with the delay settings fixes it sort of but you can tell its still not right as sometimes the subtitles appear a few milliseconds before they are spoken or appear slightly after. WHICH I FOUND REALLY ANNOYING.
Any one else having subtitle sync problems with the English subs?

same problem here with Eng subtitle. its out of sync. it seems like all eng subs from the net right now have same source. anybody who can correct this file and share? thanks.

I download English subtitles then matched the times with original subtitle file using URUSoft Subtitle Workshop. Right on sync.

I haven't checked for this movie, but many subtitles here:
http://subscene.com/
There's a sweet little app, free online called Sub2Srt will instantly convert .sub subtitles to .srt format.
And there's a superb online tool that can adjust timing, merge, and otherwise manage your subtitles here:
http://submerge.delarue-berlin.de/
If you open the subtitle file with a simple text app, you can see what the timecode is, then make the appropriate adjustment with the submerge online tool.

I'm relatively new at this too, but I was able to combine the avi and subs into one avi movie. The subs are not out of sync, but there are a few that are a couple that are in German and not English, but overall, the subs allow you to follow the movie if you don't speak german. I'd upload it, but I don't know how to do that.

Are there any english subs or does this one have the eng subs hardcoded into the movie?
Thanks.
