Could be me but I burned this twice using Nero - once to a single video DVD the next time to individual video DVD......on both occassions the sound was totally out of sync....so much so the movie is unwatchable.

Isn't this a contradiction?
You're saying that there is no need for two CDs unless the movie is three hours long. So this is 95min, yet is two CDs.
