Yeah, eh...
x264 is a great h.264 encoder, but it really doesn't help with playback of these files. Ffdshow won't touch these files, and what exactly are the matroska utilities supposed to do with these? Haali Media Splitter can't demux these anyway.

This is for the first comment, have you tried to download a video format converter like any video converter and convert it before you play it. I always convert my videos to wmv. You can find any video converter on a cnet search.

Exactly how are we supposed to play these? They don't appear to be in any kind of valid mp4 container, or any valid video/audio format.
I've tried mediaplayerclassic, videolan, windows media player, quicktime player, nero showtime, winamp, and utilities like mediainfo, and mp4UI to try to access or identify the data and so far nothing. What on earth is the actual file supposed to be?
