Yes... There's no user/pass needed...
If you need a valid and fully working user/pass you can get the URL for the user/pass site that's updated daily in the Serial.txt file inside...

is this updating on a regular basis? .. i mean the definition files? .. cause i installed another "fixed" nod32 3.0 & the latest definition was from december 22nd... thanks!!!!!!!!!!

**How To Update**
Open your NOD32 and select 'Setup' - 'Advanced setup'...
Select 'Update' and click 'Edit'
Enter the Update Server URL and click 'Add' then 'OK'
You can add all the list in here if you want to...
Select your Update Server (If you add more than one)
After that clear the 'Username' and 'Password' then click 'OK'
After that at the main window select 'Update' at the left side...
Then click 'Update virus signature database'
Done...
