Yeah I got that too... My guess is the subs should be in some Asian language - your player doesn't have the fonts (you ever noticed you can change your sub fonts with most media players? I have tons of choices but no Asian language fonts)

Just disable the subtitles - these particular subtitles aren't so straight forward - depending on the player you use the option can be buried in sub menus, but whatever player you are using - the option to disable is there.

Yeah thanks for that, only problem is, I need the english subtitles because there is a bit of Russian etc in this movie. I just want english subs for the non-english bits? Any idea?

Well I looked again and it turns out there are only Chinese subtitles on this rip.
CHS and CHT are the only choices, both of these are Chinese subtitles.

I even figured out I did in fact have Chinese fonts on my PC - when I selected them on MPC the subtitles seemed pretty natural - but who knows? I don't read Chinese.

Anyway, whoever ripped this movie left out English and left in Chinese for some reason - and there is no way around this.

hi guys i am having problem playing this file....its not playing with windows media player classic.....it plays with VLC player but not properly... anyone having the same problem....
this is the first time i am facing this problem....i got all the codec needed to play but still not playing...i have downloaded many HD movies..everything played well....i am having problem only with this....
any ideas?
and ya this is my first full hd movie
