Does anyone else have problems playing this one? I'm using VLC player, but the playback is slightly laggy.

Am I the only one who isn't getting any subtitles?

Subtitles don't work in WMP 11. I clicked "On if available" but nothing showed.

0v3chkin: Are you only using WMP 11? I know i've had real probs with that, and it's a pretty easy solution; Get another player like Media Player Classic or VLC
OR get K-Lite
Kuro-Hana, thank you for bringing Death Note to me

And the lagging may be low CPU? how much you have gentlemen??

@Appleyard & eisengrind: Try installing the Lazy Mans MKV Codec, thats always solved any lag problems I've had playing MKV's in VLC in the past.
