Hi there,
Do you have a BiTTorrent program say like "uTorrent"
All you are doing is downloading a small file which then needs a Torrent Program to go and get the Bigger program for you.
So Go to h**p://www.Google.com and type in uTorrent
OR
You could go to h**p://www.utorrent.com
And download it from there, then once you have downloaded the .torrent files all you need to do is double click on it and it will automatically start uTorrent and start to download your filr.
