I going off the ADVANsCEne dats which are not merged hence the torrent is not merged.

If you have roms that are packed as rar or 7z etc then extract them all and use a batch zip program to re zip them.
Here is a link for a (free trial) batch zip program. I'm sure there are better ones out there but it's quick, it works and it was free.

1.Extract rar, 7z etc
2.Run through batch zip
3.Run through clr mame
4.Force recheck

Great tip! Just make sure you run the final set through torrentzip BEFORE force recheck but after you run through clrmame or the hashes will not match up.
