Sometimes subs have to be enabled using your DVD Player handset. Happened to me when converted with Convertxtodvd.

So far this is the best XviD/DivX version out there.
I downloaded 1,5 gb version from piratebay, and this is noticeable sharper.

to apply subtitles to the movie simply rename the srt file as the same name as the movie!

but... where do i find subtitles for this release?

Please, help an old fogie - I've tried burning this twice but the subtitles aren't picked up at the same time as the video. How does it work? I'm using Convert-X-to-DVD.
