Is this the movie that needs a special HDMI2 CODEC? I downloaded a Michael Clayton movie yesterday (i believe this is the one) that asked me to send a Instant Message to receive a special codec to be able to open it. VLC will not show it.

uzapuca, FXG movies rarely requires special codecs. almost any player would play FXG movies with only the basic codecs..

can anyone please tell me of an easy way to add the subtitles to the film. i usually burn the .avi files to a dvd-r (i can fit about 6 movies on a dvd at a time) and then watch it on my tv from my dvd-divx player (i don't like watching movies from my computer). if someone could tell mi if it is possible to burn the .avi files with the subtitles added in i would be really greatful.

great movie, 10/10 for everything, I played the movie on the computer with the subtitles in the same folder as the .avi and using Nero player the subs were automatically added. As for adding them into a dvd I dont know how to do that, should google it I suppose.
Anyway, Thanks for the upload. Looking for Jumpers, and fools gold, downloaded both earlier today, and they were both duds, some message about how media player wouldnt open them. thats how they were posted, not my puter. Will keep watching to see if FXG uploads them,

ok...i figured it out...i'm not sure if it works with every dvd/divx player (mine is a newer phillips), but when burning movies on a dvd-rw (you can add like 6 of them), instead of just adding the .avi file, create a separate folder and put the .avi file and the subtitle file inside (you have to do this for each movie separately). for me it worked like a charm. thanks!!!

You can mux a subtitle to the movie to create a divx movie with .divx extension so that it can be played in any divx capable player. to do that you can use a simple and handy software (Sud2divx). Here is the web address (http://userxp.tripod.com/) or you can google it.

I ran into the same thing, get 'ConvertXtoDvD' It is really simple and you can find guides,forums, and tutorials on their site. Like how to add subs and make them default or menu tips. You can even fit 2 movies on 1 dvd with the same quality as nero does.

Can someone please answer this question for me, I am using BitTorrent to download this movie and it is extremely slow...the speed right now is only 5kb/s; can someone please give me some recommendations as to how to increase the speed. I have a really great connection so I 'm thinking that the problem is with BitTorrent. Can someone please recommend a better and/or faster one. Also I'm having trouble burning some of the movies that I downloaded, I use Nero but I just can't seem to get any of the movies to burn. Any recommendation and guidance will be greately appreciated. Still having trouble with subs though. I generally either burn with Nero as a data dvd or, more often, just drag and drop into a flash drive and play through the usb slot on my dvd player. Anyone got any ideas ? Would be much appreciated.

i always use CONVERTXTODVD anyways wen copying, u can just add the subtititles to the software..(like when u add the movie)few spaces below theres an add subtiltles section works a treat!!!

I think FXG does a good job, but as far as Pound for Pound Quality and Size.. NikonXP does a much better job. There is no compression and the files sizes are still small like FXG's, and they are encoded at full 30 frames per second, DVD quality... Plus he takes request, which is awesome.. Love you both though, keep up the good work... Thanks

way to many ppl saying its a good effort by FXG.... for me it says download HDMI2 codec and then asks me to sign up for a **** site.. so somthing is fishy.. way too many new nicks saying he is good and supporting him.. think the mods should look into this... looks more like a PR camp..for me i say its a fake.

I dont know why buy I can watch it on Media Player Classic and Winamp but in Windows Media Player I can only hear the sound. I use ffdshow codecs. You help would be very usefull. Thanks.
