Can you explain how to install this please? This is for my kids, and I am stuck getting to install, can you or someone please help. Hope this game work, and thanks in advance for uploading this file.

- Copy "vty-0153.028" file to same folder with the name "vty-0153.r00"
- Use winrar to unpack (using vty-0153.r00)
- Mount "vty-0153.bin" image (I used PowerIso)
- Run Setup
- Replace "MTK3.exe" with the cracked one (located in "ViTALiTY" folder)
- Enjoy

Hi CikoGonzakes,
I have read your post, and I believe I now know why this download is not working for me.
I have the files vty-0153.001 to vty-0153.028.
I have hidden folders open, and I do not have the folder vty-0153.r00
I have no file with the letter R in this download.
File size is 393MB.
Where can I get the folder with what ever is in it, so that I do not have to download the complete file again.?
I have PowerISO and rar so I am all good to go, accept the folder and the files in this folder I do not have.
Can you post again please.

Hi,
There is no "vty-0153.r00" file but you can copy and paste "vty-0153.028" to the same folder and rename as "vty-0153.r00", then extract rar using vty-0153.r00.
I think whoever compressed the game made a mistake or used an usual software...

i installed the game no problems, it loads then the kids only get a little into the game (when they accept their 1st patient) when the game goes black then dissapears...what is making that happen?

Same problem here in all modes. Tutorial, scenario, new game. All of them crash as soon as u accept your first patient.

ITS STUPID! YOU WASTED YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING IT AND HAD A DIFFICULT TIME INSTALLING IT AND THE GAME I S BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW STUPID IS THAT!
