Hey people i burn my movies using nero to a dvd.The file format i use is dvd data i can fit up to 6 movies on 1 disk then play them on my LG divx player. The problem is i dont know how to get the subtitles onto the movies.If there is any 1 out there that knows please let me know cheers............grately appreciated.

@ gidge79 - i suggest putting the movies into sperate folders when you put that many on a disc then put the correct subtitle file in the same folder. your lg should detect it if you press the subtitle button.Unfortunately my lg will only read .srt subtitle files and not .sub files. i havnt tried renaming the file yet to test that. Hope this helps

It seems that the xbox can't read .srt extension files. Is there another extension that has worked?

guys,is it just me or lately the subs doesnt work..is there something wrong with my pc..as now all latest FXG's great work comes with the subs..before this i used to get the subs from opensubstitles.com and it works just fine.

Glad that subtitles are now standard; good for the hearing impaired and the simply impaired. Besides, actors don't train for diction these days.

to show the subtitles .. just download The Kmplayer ( recomended ) or BSPlayer ..
and just change the name of the subtitle file .. make it like the name of the video file .. and play it .. it should appear ..

Clicked on the link. Takes you to xx-x mag site. I continued..
Finally after a few registration pages it asks for your credit card.
Yeh, thats when I stopped.
So, anyone got the password? Says it's 7 Letters, case sensitive starting with P. I guessed POR_NX_XX as that's the obvious choice but it was incorrect.

havinit69, the non english parts of the movie unfortunately aren't hard coded onto the movie, either leave subtitles on throughout film or just turn them on for the non english parts, unless anyone knows another way around it?

Still having trouble with subs though. I generally either burn with Nero as a data dvd or, more often, just drag and drop into a flash drive and play through the usb slot on my dvd player. Anyone got any ideas ? Would be much appreciated.

Having problems with most FXG movies causing windows errors when i open the folder they are in, other movies seem fine and i have k-lite......The FXG movies that do work are excellent and I'm sure it's likely something I'm doing, any advice would be greatly appreciated.................SEED SEED SEED!!!!

i have problem with fxg films..
i burn some fxg rips on my dvd and try to whatch on my dvd/divx player on tv..on my computer i can play them with no problem but on my divx player its like fps are lower..its like some frames are missing..its not with all fxg films..axxo works fine and many others but fxg..can i do something do fix this?

for those who asked how to include subtitles while burning to DVD using convertxtodvd: just place the subtitle in the same folder with the movie before burning. Make sure that the subtitles and the movie are of the same title. for ex: movie.avi, the subtitle file should also be movie.srt..hope this helps..

this film does have subtitles for the vampire non english parts cos i went to c it at cinema. i thought i would dl it as its a good film. such a shame there is no subtitles for the non english parts only* and i cant even get the subtitles to work at all.

@pipo500 download VLC player it will play the movie merge with SRT file(subs)
NOTE:
youre movie file and SRT file(subs) must same name !!!

I have burned few movies using convertxtodvd and I was able to include the subtitles in this software and so far I never had any problems w/ it. Just as they say, SRT file (for subtitle) and avi file for the movie must have the same name.
I will comment on the movie once I finish downloading. So far FXG movies are great and good quality

It appears that some people are saying that the vampire parts never had subtitles on the original film. However. As per C#13 i have downloaded the subtitles for the non english parts (i guess that some clever chap out there saw the need for subtitles after all). Anyway my question is that when i add the file to the folder where the movie is and have changed the file names to be the same (with the exception of .srt/ .avi) and then burn it onto a disc (most likely as a data disc) will the sub titles come up automatically when the non english parts are spoken or will i have to turn them on each time? any help would be great.
Oh and FXG - you're the king of torrents. 100%
