I'm going to take a guess that these are dubbed (most likely in English), because of the "[DB]" located before many of the episodes' file names. Some of them begin with [Lunar] though, so it could just be a name to identify the file. As I said before, this is all just me guessing.

They are subbed, the [DB] and [Lunar] are fansub groups who subtitle the episodes.
I would have downloaded these eps off www.dattebayo.com but They don't have 1-50 and batches are easier
