The game crashes quite a bit and some of the tabs are ridiculously difficult even on "supaeasy". I guess some of the songs are fun but stick to the real game, it's easier.

To install the songs you just have to copy them to the Frets on Fire paste C:\...\Frets on Fire\data\songs
