apparently you have to get the codec to play this from here http://f2.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/bc/timltaylor/lst?.dir=/CoDec&.view=l get the tscc.exe and you should be good to go.

Works great, beginner videos needs codec. Storm codec took care of it just fine. This is the 2002 edition.
