you know there is always comments with torrents. these comments not on site but with torrent file and u can see those comments in ur application where there the detail of torrent is. check it, might b there is little help u find.

Alright... so the torrent works and downloads and everything... When inastalling, if you enter a serial number for the keygen, ALL of them are registered. Thanks for your effort, but it actually doesn't really work, sorry. Also, I'm not usually the person to criticise anti-virus software, but Trend Micro slows down your computer Alot! Try Kaspersky... or !Avast, or AVG, etc... Thanks HeartBug, but I don't think anyone will crack Trend Micro :'(

I had the same problem with it asking for an email of the registered user. Guess this one's not gonna work. The serial number is for someone I dont know, and I dont know his email address. Oh well, unless someone knows a fix for it. Guess will try one of the other ones.

Comment 18 n 19. This means those serials are already used. Generate new serials and use that. You must register it. Registered users can get updates. there is no harm.

FOR THOSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH EMAIL/ACTIVATION READ NOW!!!

If you encounter a page that simply asks for an email address, this is because THE KEY YOU INSTALLED WITH HAS ALREADY BEEN USED.

Solution: Generate more keys untill you get a good one. You will have to put the new keys into the registry - this is a simple process:

[START] > [RUN] > type "regedit" [ENTER] > open: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillin > find 'SerialNumber' [RIGHTCLICK] and 'Modify' to paste in the new key.

Start Trend Micro again and attempt to activate. If you get the screen that asks for a single email address, try another different key. If you get a screen asking for multiple details, fill them out and your done.

Ok, eveything went absolutely fine. Now it's scanning for virusses and stuff. Anyway at the beginning of the scan i pressed the little button that said "background", and now it's scanning while in the background. Problem is, where is it? How can i see it? I can't exit the program because it keeps telling me to stop the scan first while i can't even look at the scan and how far it is etc.
Somebody help me?

you must uninstall 2007 to install and use 2008. Trend shows its in exception list but in fact it does't let u use it. I suffered the same and this was my remedy.

nvm that but i got HUGE problem with this antivirus! It froze up HL2 and CSS as well as whole windows.. After I uninstalled it f-ed up my windows :'( :'( :'(. I had to reinstall windows to fix the problem :( :( :(

Keygen is included in torrent. It might be deleted by other av which you have cuz of suspection. I do not upload on RS or other storage. You can download just keygen or check your av quarantine files. you may find it there. restore it from there to original location and exclude it from scanning.

WHEN I TRY EXTRACTING THE FILES IT STOPS NEAR THE END AND IT SAYS: The system cannot find the path specified. AFTER THAT I CLICK OK AND:Error executing.. Setup\Setup.exe AND THEN :unable to execute the specified command line.

Ok people if you want to get this program problem free, dl the trial version from trend micro and the keygen from this torrent. Then update to full version with a serial number from said keygen. No need to worry bout malware in the dl then.

Almost forgot, I wanted to respond to commnent #72, pranavchugh ... if someone has a working serial, it will do no good for them to post it here for you as they will most likely be using it. Some of the reasons people complain so much about not being able to activate anti-virus programs are they try and use a serial that someone else already has, they are not patient enough with a keygen (some takes a whole bunch of tries), or they are running more than one virus program at a time. And again... GREAT WORK HEARTBUG!

this means u did not excluded keygen from AV scanning. You may have to dl again keygen but exclude it from scan.

You don't have to download it all just download the 2 small files one of them is they keygen. Don't forget to add the keygen to a .rar I got in to a small fight with trend over it... and had a few concerns with ****ing Vista though the install on XP was verry nice not one prob!

I use the keygen that came with the torrent, plus downloaded several others and all i get with every key i generate is Your Trend Micro Internet Security serial number cannot support the Pro version. Please install Trend Micro Internet Security instead. (Error Code: 0x90000054)

YES this torrent DOES work as stated successfully above. No, it's not guarantied to be easy. It took my 8 tries to get mine activated. Every time, I had the error stating that the key didn't support Pro, and I needed to downgrade. On the 8th try it worked and I activated it.

But when it got activated, it was suddenly expired last year. November 17th 2007. ***. So I'm going to uninstall and reinstall then reactivate via more tries. *sigh* and I have to do this on 10 computers. :(

I had this error message too:

"Your Trend Micro Internet Security serial number cannot support the Pro version. Please install Trend Micro Internet Security instead. (Error code 0x90000054)"

But when I followed Heartbug's regedit instructions it got fixed and I was able to activate my copy. A BIG thanks to Heartbug for the upload and all your help! :)

hello guys if you have some issue upon installing trend micro internet security software there is a tool that would actually push through the installation
