I second Dismal_Nihility. It can be hard for me to seed due to my wireless connection, but I'll do my part too.
Think of it this way. Without this series, thousands of ignorant internet browsers like myself will go through life totally unaware of the science behind things around them. I know Bill Nye doesn't want it that way.
Besides, I distinctly remember the Phases of Matter episode having a recipe for how to make your own chocolate shell syrup, and I must have it! >_<

Well, the availability is down to 88%, so guys log back in like you said you would and at least give us that extra 3%.
I did see a seed on yesterday for a short time. There are about 20 of us primed to be seeds. You can do it! 10KB/s, 5KB/s is just fine!

Just like to say thank you so much to the original seeder for this torrent, but it does seem like such a waste of everyones time (60 hopefuls at the time of writing) for us to be at 88% and no full seeders. Where are they? Please, if you started this torrent, please, please follow through with it and seed til at least one other has 100%. Looks like there are plenty of punters like me who will gladly seed this one til the cows come home.

Something is going on... In the last day I've seen this trickle up 1% to 89.6%. Is a seed occasionally coming to visit us? If so, and say you can only get on an hour a day, let us know so we don't abandon this torrent! We'll be patient if we know there's reason to be.

I started downloading this show at Feb. 27, and have been connected for 8 days... Now the almost stop at 90.6%, with 0~1k/sec.

Well, we've gone up 3% in four days. If this holds out, we'll be done in about 2 weeks, and we'll have a better sense if we'll get to 100% in a couple of days. (I just fear this upwards trickle is just from those guys who got to 91% last week... but if we can get to 92.0%, we're golden.)
The original seed may not even be looking here, as this torrent his hosted on TPB

Oh, a hint to the seeder if you are reading this. Seed individual eps to completion if your bandwidth is extremely limited. Try finishing off those eps at 90% completion: Smell, Plants, Light Optics, Probability, Pollution Solutions. Least bandwidth (70MB) for greatest satisfaction!

I have found 5 of the episodes as part of another torrent. I will download them and try to seed them as part of this torrent.

Be careful... They'll probably get flagged as corrupt and deleted. Unless they match up sizewise down to the byte, don't bother...

Been checking up on this torrent every day...
I'm on a server so it's open 24/7, and I will definitely seed this for a while after I get to 100%. But it seems so far away 
I'm anxious for the Smell episode. I've been wondering how smell worked since I was 11, and no one's given me a satisfactory answer. I want Bill to explain it to me. It's been at 98.71% for a long time!
I do see the availability going up by a percent every few days, so I have hope.
Original seeder should turn on Super Seeding if their client has it. Though I don't know how it works when you've already seeded a fair amount.

alright, ive been here from the beginning.
i have watched this whole thing go down, day by day. yes, there was a time when it was just a trickle, but that has pretty much stopped. its been a week now, and everyone is stuck at 91%.
i just want everyone to know to hang in there. i have faith. i seeme to be the first seeded most days when the seeder returns, and i keep my upload speed up high, so that when he leaves i can catch everyone up.
once we get to 100%, and i KNOW we will, one day, the 161 people i have in my peerlist waiting will be rewarded.
jsut hang in there, and seeder, PLEASE COME BACK. JUST SO AT LEAST ONE OF US GETS 100%. PLEASE!!!

Dismal, we all came in a week later and seemed to top out at 88%. We've been crawling upwards slowly and have now made it to your original 91%. My fear is that it's been you seeding us up this high.
Did you drop off for a while and come back to seed us? Did you not manage to get to 91% in the first place... downloading slowly to 88% like the rest of us?
You said that a number of episodes were unseeded.. did you mean 0%? I show 40 eps incomplete, with all of them over 46% (many in the high 90's).
At this point I'd love for the seeder to come back and seed those few episodes already seeded to 90% or greater (listed above). It's like 80MB of data to finish a quarter of the episodes off.

no, it wasnt mee. ive been providing for everyone when the seeder was gone, and for the last little while, but when i started out, the availability was frequently reaching about 1.90.
and no i didnt mean 0%. my lowest is "lakes & ponds", at 46.7%.
i think im losing my faith here....
MAN. i'd REALLY like these remaining episodes.
i thought i was SO LUCKY for finding this torrent when i did.
actually, i remember noticing, when i first started downloading this torrent, that the primary seeder would drop out occassionally.
so the next time it happened, i looked at which episodes were affected most, and set those to 'high' priority, so that when the seeder came back, id started taking from him/her. it can be tricky to do, but i've learned over the years how important it can be to prolonging the life of a torrent.
and i managed all the way to 91%.
to think....if i'd only found this torrent a day earlier, none of this would be a problem.

I keep seeing a seed, but I never directly connect to them. Is it possible they have their client misconfigured? Or that they're fooling the tracker in some way?
I'll feel bad if I have to delete the partial episodes... They're almost watchable above 90%.

Everyone, now that the seed is back, and especially if the seed is sending you files directly, help make things better:
Set your nearly complete files (90% or more) to HIGH priority. Let's make the most of this while we can.
I have confidence that the files will come, this is a contingency in case they don't...

Well, seeder took a break and is coming in on and off. But like I said before, if we get to 92% or above, we're golden. I'll go back to what seeder said in the torrent description: "This will take a while, please be patient". I'm very happy to wait if it means completion.
My real count is files complete. We're at 61/100 today, and we were at 60/100 yesterday. Please set the almost complete episodes to high and don't confuse the seeder's client! Whoever he connects to, those are the packets that are going to be sent.

Ladies and gents, it has been a pleasure, I have to say. I have a whole host of people over here who keep asking me on a daily basis " whats it at now?".
After all this, I just hope that my science students like it. But then, how could they not? Just watching the "Chemical Reactions" episode will sell Bill Nye to them.

I have to say that I had NO idea this torrent would spawn so many comments. Yes, I am the original seed. I am sorry for all of the suspense, but this was being pulled from a private site file-by-file so I could maintain a minimum ratio with that site.
Again, sorry for the seemingly interminable wait. Hope it was worth it.

Well it seems that in March people hit the gold mine. What happend to,
"OOO come on seeder just let one more person get %100 then we will seed."
Right now no one is seeding above 82% and speed is still terrible.

when i downloaded this torrent file, it said you had posted it "7 days ago".
at that time, the availability of the torrent was at .91.
ITS STILL AT THAT AVAILABILITY.
theres 8 episodes completely unseeded.
