Ok
I had probs installing this 1st time. It doesn't like you to change the default folder, I initially tried to install it into D:\Music Software & the installation failed on that, however leaving the default installation path worked.
Once installed run the keygen & select Patch.
Browse to your SF folder & let the patch do its patching.
Once that is done run soundforge & enter in the serial from the Keygen. Choose to register from another computer.
Fill out the form with a load of duff information.
Then copy the activation number from the keygen into sound forge.
Hope this works for you, worked for me & thanks to the upper.

for vista users. Follow what "simonwilliams" posted.
If you're going to run the keygen.
- right click
- choose run as administrator.
so that you can properly patch the file in
SF folder.

The keyget is in the .rar file. You have to open that up with a program such as winrar to find it.

Done all the above, several times & regenerated new crack codes but for some reason, it fails everytime on the Authentication code!!

It works perfectly! It was very easy to patch and regist with the keygene:serial and validation numbers were corrects after run generator.

Can anyone say if this torrent includes the Mastering Effect Bundle? This is a set of 4 mastering plug-ins from Izotope (Multi-band Compressor, Mastering EQ, Mastering Reverb and IRC Limiter).
They are included if you buy SF from Sony but I cannot see them anywhere with this torrent.

my first installation didn't work...don't know why. but now it's working.
expect for the wave hammer plugin, still on DEMO mode.
can somebody help?
that plug was the main reason I've downloaded the software.
but not all is bad, I've manage to register the noise reduction plugin..

I tried to install this and that digisan folder is a trojan horse downloader, it tried to download tons of junk and I was lucky to have my router protect me, it took nearly an hour to find and get rid of all that ****

It happened cause you´re not patching correctly ... this same thing happened with me until i patch the correct file. This prog. creates 2 folders containing, both of them "sound forge" folders. Patch both of them to make sure it´ll work. To me it worked after i did it. Hope it work !

The suspicious thing about this .exe patch is that it's 139kb larger than the original .exe - I know that when a file is patched, there are usually only a few bytes replaced or a few bytes removed. Yet this file is 139kb larger.. I would be very cautious with this patch...
