no sound :S at 1st it said that "X3DAudio1_1.dll is missing" so i downloaded the .dll file and placed it in the "bin" folder of the game and then when i loaded the game there was no sound at all :S plz help?

ok if someone could help me on this I would be grateful. I have two different copoes of the game and they both do the same thing. The video and audio is out of sync. I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing is working. please feel free to ask any questions of me for more info. thanks for your help

I am having problem with the video too.
I am trying this:
Download FIX and overwrite files in movie folder:

But am not sure how to use it once it is downloaded. What do you mean 'overwrite in movie folder?' What does this have to do with downloading the shareware version of **********?

Hey guys! I figured out the video problem! Just download the 230mb file from FIX and then move it and replace it into the movie folder and then VILOA! The video plays perfectly!

what setup!! theres not setup.exe when i extract supreme commander, and when i extracted forgedalliance i found a setup and waited for 30 minutes and yaay the game doesnt open it keeps tellingm me that it failed to start because d3dx9_25.dll was no found, i reinstalled it but still theres no use.
who ever installed the game correctly pleeeeeeeease let me know

hy i came to step 3 in the instalation. but when i want to open the supreme comander.exe in C:\Games\SupCom\Supreme Commander\bin it sais that X3DAudio1_1 wasn found
PLEASE HELP I WE PLAIDED THIS GAME LONG AGO SO I WANT TO PLAY IT AGAIN.

Downloaded the file from http://www.m.e.g.a.u.p.l.o.a.d.com/?d=99RFNYH1 , replaced the files in movie dir. Vid probs fixed. Thnx.

the game installed fine. game starts fine. menu & game briefing works fine.
it works fine until the cinematics where your mobile command unit is transporting out of the base.
when you get to the loading part (IN TRANSIT)the game just dies and disappear.
then a dialog box appears saying;
"SUPREME COMMANDER APPLICATION HAS STOPPED WORKING
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
HERE ARE MY SPECS:
Vista ultimate SP1
DX 10 latest update
CORE 2 QUAD Q9550
6GB RAM
NVIDIA 9600 GSO 768MR RAM
WD 1.5 TB HDD
does anyone else experience this problem?
are there any patches out there that could correct this problem?
any help would be appreciated.

the game does not need the CD.
1. unrar or unzip
2. open the # Rip-Readme # folder
3. run disc C, D, & E reg entries
then you are good to go.

and when i go on run , i type reg Supreme Commander Path-Disc-D.reg( it's in d disk)
but nothing happen

detailed installation instructions:
1)use winrar to open folder
2)go to my computer locate your hard drive/local disk remember drive letter [usually c:/d:/e:]
3)open disk and right click/new/create new folder and name it Game with caps
3)extract SC folder to the Game folder
4)open # Rip-Readme # folder than click .reg file [if your HDD is c: than patch patch disk c e:-patch disk e d:-patch disk d]
5)go to bin folder scroll down and right click supreme commander than create shortcut [move shortcut to folder u wish or desktop]
6)click shortcut and have fun

Usually skullptura's files work great, but this one is a complete waste of time, in fact there's something that bothered me about this torrent since the beginning, hasn't anyone noticed that skull's name is misspelled? i just wanted to point that out.
