This is all the qi gong that you will ever need. If you study the written lessons and succeed in circulating your qi, then the next step is practicing some TaiChiChuan, Hsing-I Chuan or BaGuaChang. Or just sit quietly and become a Buddha.

qi gong isn't some enlightening buddhist practice, any internal practice could be called qi gong, and every internal martial art includes those practices, and it's to learn how to use that power, and if you know how to use it, you learn to hit with using that power
sure it's good for health and everything but that's not all it is, it's still martial arts, and you should think of it as martial arts, even if you only practice that for health and stuff

I am having a problem with the manual. PDF says there is an error. Everything else works great, both v/a. Can you please upload the Manual again, sepparate?
