Widescreen ain't the original format, Kubrick shot these movies in 4:3, so the 16:9 version misses a lot of material.
Anyways, why the -hell- you have to cut these files in 2 pieces, that's just absurd! There's no logic, no reason for that: Nobody burns CD's anymore!!! And who want's to play with 2 discs, while watching a movie???

IF YOU USE NERO TO BURN THE MOVIE YOU CAN JOIN THE 2 FILES "THE TWO PARTS OF THE MOVIE" AND BURN ON 1 DVD IT IS VERRY EZY THANKS FOR THE UP KLAXXON AND COULD YOU BRING US SOME MAFIA MOVIES I LOVE THEM .

good quality but klaxxon why you split files to 2 non same files?. Isnt better to leave it in one peace becouse cd-2 is only 250mb and first 700.
Its better to be in one.

yep thats problem with newly klaxxon rips..in old ones i never got 2 files like this, its hard to get subs.

Well then guess Im done downloading from Klaxxon. Im not a dense but burning movies onto dvds OR cds is fairly easy and having a split file just complicates things when you might be trying to get it done simple and quick because space is needed, hint hint, regulars. I think it would be easier if you would just leave em together and let the downloader split the file at his or her discretion, since most use nero or one like it to burn, and I know that nero will do whatever you want it to do to a movie file, just read your manual if you cant figure it out....

just use convertxtodvd and select 'play files sequentially' and 'no menu' and 'autostart playback'.
its not rocket science and some people only have small capacity mpeg players hence the file split.

Don't listen to Caffro, Candykane's right regarding the aspect ratio, although it's not exactly 4:3, in 4:3 the black bars are wider, in this one it's narrower, so it's close to 4:3, the restored copy by freakzilla is exactly 4:3, quality is not good throughout, there are a few scenes with lots of pixels,nthis should have been an excellent copy coz of the size, resolution (640x440), framerate (25 fps), but the bitrate is very low (256kb/s)

The video bitrate is 1000 kb/s & the codec used is DivX. Thats why the quality isn't that good.
