sticks slightly on avi to mpeg4 conversions but i think thats prob my original file not this program as it doesnt happen on all of them.

After a few weeks it asks me to re-enter the Name and Serial then it says that it isn't valid.

Yeah I got the same thing. I downloaded it and after a few weeks I have to re-enter Name and Serial and then it says that it isn't valid.

Is this all of the converters? I got a torrent awhile back that had all of the Xilisoft converters, but does this one contain all of them, or just one with all of the functions?

i have the same problem, when i first downloaded it, and put the serial in, it was correct, but now its asking me for a serial, i put the same one in and its not working...

Thanx Heartbug - the initial download install and serial DID work ...but like some folk have remarked, after a week or two the SKey
needs to be replaced. Sadly 
the original does not work.
Are "they" on to us???!!! <lol>
If anyone has any POLITE and HELPFUL recommendations... it would be really nice to hear from you instead of being "ugly-fugly" and ditzing poor Heartbug who has done most of us a tremendous favor in getting the original up and running in the FIRST PLACE.
So hang in there everyone...am sure it's in the process ... don't act like let's give BRAINS a chance to work on it!!!
I'll be checking back here at the end of the week .... I'm anxious .. not
suicidally distressed....yet!!

HEEELLLPPP!..EVERYTHING WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK.AFTER A WEEK I OPENED XILISOFT AND IT ASKED ME FOR A NAME AND SERIAL KEY..I PUT THE ORIGINAL IN AND ALONG WITH SOME OTHERS BUT IT DOZNT WORK ..PLEASE HELP! .....I HOPE #31 IS RIGHT

Any1 experiencing probs with their prog, just uninstall and re-install,then enter your serial key again and it will work. You may have do this on a weekly basis but it works after it is re-installed everytime.

I think to fix your problem: The way I see it is you have to block it from accesing the internet then it should be fine
