Subtitles need to be downloaded seperatly. Place subtitle file(s) in the movie folder, and if needed rename the file(s) to the same name as the movie file (except for the file extension).
If you use [url=http://www.videolan.org/vlc/]VLC[/url] the subtitles start automaticly (if not, click video -> subtitle track -> Track ?)
If you use other mediaplayers you need to download the subtitle codec VobSub.

It's in two movie files... how are you supposed to be expected to sync up the two with subtitles?... Great.

Wow Kchri not that hard at all. Two avi files equals two sub files go to subscene.com get the files there. Use VLC of course load the film and the sub file. When you gotta play the 2nd part do the same thing its really simple

u can use **********.com or opensubtitles.org to find subs to most movies
And if you need to edit 1 sub file for 2 parts of the movie you can 'split' it by most subtitle editors
