This is legal and free, and so should be in featured torrents as the actual artist is distributing it. It means that mininova will be a seed itself, prolonging the life of this torrent.

I think that the ratio of leechers to buyers will show to be less than normal with this release, due to the way the album was released, despite the fact that it's available via torrent like always. Also, because of the way the license works, neither Trent nor anybody is gonna waste their time suing the "lost causes" that can't do anything except pirate. That's like a win in all aspects.
