ALL the releases are not working,the leaked out version cannot be fixed and the russian version is well,in russian and only if you are russian any good for you,just wait for the game to release in 3 weeks or preorder it like i did...

Or get a Xbox 360, i have but i dont want to pay 60 euro 
You can always play till Jerusalem, put russion version overit..uninstall all, keep the save games, install, play english, over and over..not that big a deal..best way at this point if you ask me/or your russian mom is sitting next to you

i downloaded the reloaded version and i can play just fine with my old agp system
A64 3500+@4000+
1GB DDR-400
XFX 7600GT AGP
jerusalem plays just fine for me with the reloaded version downloaded from thepiratebay... actually, the "fix" broke it for me and when reverting to reloaded files all went fine in-game....

It does work 
Try this: Play in English till jerusalem then put the russian version over it to play jerusalem, save after that level and uninstall the whole game for your pc(when he ask keep the saved games, yes!!) then just install the game in english again..play further till you reach jerusalem again, do the same thing again..
Believe me, i tried it and it works 100%

I think you COMPLETELY missed the point of what kikindjanin wrote. He wrote and meant that only the russian "jerusalem" works, there is no english jerusalem fix yet.
He never states that there is not a fully working version. If you read some of the previous posts there talking about just that.
So please dont post things you dont understand - touche!!
