To add trackers to your client (considering you're using azureus):
Go to the General tabs for the respective torrent, go over the link for the tracker ***, right click on the link and choose edit tracker list, from the multi-tracker list pop up window, right click again on the window choosing new tracker group, from this just write down the trackers above listed, and save.
PS if you're using utorrent, then . . . just read the help files !!!
