DrMoon, Use Nero Light or Nero Portable for quick install and basic cd/dvd disk burning or alternatively use Imgburn.

i used to use nero 8 + Winavi. but i decided to give Convertxtodvd3 a go, and now i cant live without it, its as vast as winavi and does everything i need it to. give it it a try

hmmm i would say try nero 6 its leaner and doesnt need to check net for a legit copy as 7 or 8 version does plus it does almost as much as 7 and 8 does. if your looking for something differant copy2dvd or cyberlink power2go those are good burning programs too

Use Winavi 8.0 or Convertx to dvd to create your dvd. Both are good. Winavi is faster. You can also make some nice chapter menues with Winavi.Ashampoo
Burning Studio 7 is a good all round burning program. Intervideo DVDcopy 4 or 5 are good too if you can find them. If you can find Nero 7 with the keygen from Embrace that should work for you. Nero 8 has the key check built into the program. It doesn't matter if you're online or not,The keygens don't work

Honestly, I use Nero 4, it`s fast, does its job and it doesn`t check for updates online (which 7 and 8 do and so it ends up getting blacklisted). Nero 8 takes so long to install and it`s slow as all Hell.

nero 7 is a pretty good burner but is a litle hardheaded for certain formats. did int have any trouble online whit this software. I<ve tried alot of burning software and found that nero si one hell of a burner. Now i considering changing for nero 8, should i change or just keep nero 7

This key I think will work for multilanguage, so, do not use a Key Generator if you do not want to get some virus. Just install the original Nero file from Nero oficial Web Site and use this Key below. Works for me in English and Brazilian language for v8.3.2.1

NERO 6 is just fine
ConvertXtoDVD 3 is awesome
don't bother with newer versions of nero. if you desperately need it, buy it. it's safer this way.

#26 is wrong. I scanned with top internet security suite and top 3 antiviruses of 2008.
ZoneAlarm internet security suite with Kaspersky = CLEAN
BitDefender online scan = CLEAN
ESET online scan = CLEAN
Kaspersky online scan = CLEAN
THIS IS COMPLETELY CLEAN! NO VIRUSES, TROJANS, ROOTKITS OR OTHER MALWARE.
P.S.: Feel free to scan with any of those yourself. Just google for free online scans.

In response to #26. This is a clean download. Maybe your software detected viruses that were already on your pc.
BUT..... There seems to be a problem with the plugins. I tried to use Nero Vision to add DVD files to a project. But I keep getting an error that says I need to buy/install Mpeg and Dolby plugins? I had a no problems with this using Nero Version 8.2. Can someone help me please.
