Just a wee update - the game works. However, you need the actual DVD in to run it. I tried making a copy of it (burning the image in this torrent) and it still asked for the DVD.
I'll keeping seeding this anyway, and I'm sure some guru's out there will help us out.

I tried applying the Windows no-cd patch but that didn't work (remember that this game is actually just a Cider Wrap and the internal contents are just the same Windows files).

The serial should be in the text file. It is on mine.
As for the game not working - I already said that there isn't any No-CD patches for it yet. But in bringing it to the Torrent world, I'm sure someone will be able to do some magic.

need the tw2008.exe file, to remove the protection seal, a) i dont have a mac, b) i dont want to leech the whole thing, when i just want to get rid of the protection for you guys, well and zipped tw2008.exe + a text file, which includes the file-table (content) of the directory where your tiger has been installed!... thats all what i need, for my email, pm me in the forum on mininova!... and hey... somebody hurry up, or keep inserting a cd

What a load of rubbish. My Mac doesn't recognise the file when opened - and now I can't seem to delete the stupid the thing... I recommend you all stay well clear of this. It's only a shoddy Cider wrap anyway. Not the real deal.

Spasticus - maybe your name suits you. It is a .dmg file, EVERY Mac recognises this. It is a disk-mountable image.
Not the real deal? EA Sports simply isn't going to make Mac games. All they are going to do is use a Cider port so Intel Mac's can play the game.
And read the comments over at The PirateBay for help on getting it to work.

Kilamite - I have no idea what your name means. However, when I open it on my mac, mounting with DiskImageUtil, it says "Not recognised"... so... um... now what?
I tried to download again, after deleting the file, but it shows up in Transmission as already completed. Seeing as this is just a Cider port, I don't think I'll bother.

Possible the download got corrupted. Happens with downloading torrents when the file size is huge and not split up.
Once the game is working (I own the game, therefore have a working DVD) it performs so well I wouldn't even know it was a Cider port.

ive tried the crack and the game it does work but not for me it saids my video card is prob to low
req: imac 20 inch 2,16 ghz ( old imac the white one )
so it dons't work on that one i guess only on the new imac.

The game needs an Intel Mac to run.

I tried to make this game work but i get a message that says my graphics card is not supported, i tried the patch from the apple game website, and all 3 cracks to play without dvd. When i burn the game to a dvd it doesnt reconize the dvd and asks for the correct dvd. Anybody any ideas what to do?

People, People, it is obvious you can't just simply mount the game. It needs to be mounted as a DVD image.
Toast 8 can do that and since no one brought that up, I know no one did that. If that still doesn't work, try to just burn the game.
Also, if you are stupid and will ask where can you get toast, search it under mininova. Then click on seeds to check the best one.
Also, if (my mac)
ATI Radeon HD 2600
is not supported, EA has serious issues. THEN, we will need a crack for it. I will wait until someone gets it to support a higher resolution.

tommmybeny2, tommmybeny2, no one appreciates your lack of patience with someone who potentially doesn't know how to get a certain thing called 'toast' due to being unfamiliar or unaccustomed to (but certainly not stupid), or even ignorant to this sort of sector.
many here are grazing in the mininova fields for the first time, and don't know the difference between fecal matter and dandy lions. you should know this, as i'm sure you found yourself eating a small piece of caca at one time or another.

Thanks so much for the upload, worked correctly using the pirate bay method, but last night installed the new mac updates, forgot what they were but i think security, also safari (i dont use it, camino) and no it wont run anymore, mac book pro 15". Any clues to anyone? re installed flash etc and tiger woods re installed, and still no go? just stalls at opening splash screen

I have the asking for another disc problem to, I have an intel mac with a radeon HD 2600 graphics card, i have also downloaded the pirate bay fix, but no seeds!!!!!, so i am watching this space, Hoping for a solution X

Hi, I burnt the DVD and it still asks for a different disc, I've seen that this has been posted many times, has anyone found the reason? or better yet, the solution...
