lol gaspah, u make a good point lawl.
im glad i finally decided to go ahead and read the manga ahead of time. watching them after reading just makes you realize how much there prolonging it. its like gohan and cell's kameha meha going back and forth for 5 episodes when it could of been finished in 1 -_-"

I can only imaine how ppl feel who dont even read the manga. must be like watching reruns

I can't stop watching Naruto, but every episode gets worse and worse with the flashbacks and rehashing of old footage. It's making me insane! Get on with the story! I remember what happened last week, I don't have brain damage. I remember what happened last year, I don't have dementia. I remember what happened in the first Naruto series! Why else would I still be watching!?!?! Stop showing me the same things over and over! I think I'm going to die of shock if I see an episode that is 100% new. If I wasn't so turned off I would watch it again to find out the percentage of new footage in this episode just to prove that it's lower than 10%... :(

@#60: Its quite simple why they have the flashbacks. Its to use up time. Naruto has a lot of trouble trying to drag the show out to prevent fillers (ie. when the show catches up to the manga). While some of us would prefer fast action and fillers so they can just skip the fillers without wasting time, the makers obviously believe more people will continue watching if there's no fillers.

This episode was decent yet there was not enough action - way too dragged out. Also, I think that double episodes should always be full of action, give the viewers something to look forward to once in a while.
