this thing is full of bugs....whenever i play the map 'Space Yavin (large)' my comp. restarts. i dunno if there r anymore of these bugs but i have uninstalled it. Maybe it'll work 4 u guys but im sad anyway

I DL'd this and everything worked fine for me. 
After installing using a virtual drive program like Daemon Tools, just update to version 1.1 with International English CD-ROM patch from the <a href="http://www.lucasarts.com/support/update/Battlefront2.html">official site</a>.
And after installing hamachi from the SWBF2 FreeMultiplayer.rar, search for Battlefront II networks at <a href="http://www.*************.com/">Planet Hamachi</a> and join us! We could use some more active members.
If you have problems, join <a href="http://www.*************.com/net_detail.php?&net_detail=Ginnos+SWBFII+Network">my Hamachi network</a> and I'll try and help you out.

okay the game works fine very easy to install if u have daemon tools and follow readme instructions but just problems setting up server and hamachi i cannot get it 2 work and ive tried everything except download the google hamachi and do something with my router someone help me the multiplayer thing is really hard to setup and is really long but game works fine every1

I have a problem with game instalation.
When I am trying open .mds with Daemon error appears. It is wrote that "System cannot found file called LaunchBFII.exe".
What is wrong with that? Please help me. I wanna join You in Multiplayer.

When i played on my x-box, the computers can use heroes charaters,
but they don't on this one for some reason. Is anyone getting the same
problem? If you know how to fix it, i'll really appreciate it!

If you're having trouble, try installing again, or maybe your computer doesn't meet the requirments of the game.
Installation:
-mount a file called "Star Wars Battlefront II ISO.mdf" with daemon tools
-after you installed the game, type in the CD key given.
-extract the no-cd loader with winrar. It should creat 2 other files on your desktop and also a text file.
-extract the 2 files using winrar as instructed on the text file from desktop.
-and enjoy the game!
when you lunch the game, if it says it coudn't find a specific file, try extracting both files on your desktop in the gamedata folder even though the instruction said to extract NO-DVD/CD LOADER V.1.0 part 1 in the Star Wars Battlefront II folder.
That is how it worked for me.

for peapole having problems cus the game crashes to the desktop go to the main menu,go to options,audio options,then disable mixer config.there's no sound but it works

if the game crashes for u, maybe you shuld try to check your pc reqirements...
just open the game to the main menu, (thats where u choose "start game" go to help-analyze computer, and u can see if your pc has the right things to play the game

do it like me i have gta san andreas and this and lot's of other anyway. Just do this download power iso or any thing like that the mount on an image and the open it on (C) program files and then you should see a start icon now open up your power iso that contains the game and open the CRACK forlder and then right clik and copy to clip board (C) and the go to the (C) files wth the game. just replace it and that's it btw im ot englis sorry wih my bad writing but anyway ejoy!!!!!!!!!

yah i have a quick question i have downloaded fine i think and i i think i extracted the files to the right paths but when i press play this come up "No TnL detected on your display adatpter, do you want to contine." i click yes then it says battlefont 2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. what should i do if you can help please email me at Farney360@gmail.com thx

Easy installation.. here's the way to do it :
1. Mount the Star Wars Battlefront II ISO file.
2. Install
3. Serial key : ca37-8f8-e7b-dfa3-eu20
4. Extract the NO-DVD LOADER folders to here : NO-DVD LOADER Part.1
==> Program Files\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II
NO-DVD LOADER Part.2 ==> Program Files\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II\Gamedata
5. DO NOT PATCH THE GAME!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN PLAYING ONLINE!
6. In order to play online go to Program Files\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II\Install\CDKey
7. Use this CD Key to play online : 6b17-1d9-7c8-b627-na20
8. Hamachi is for LAN only.. So dont waste your time
9. Have fun!!

1-install the game

Simpleton...its not a virus, your antivirus detects it as a virus, i dont know why, but i have live one care and it dousnt detect it as a virus, avg ****s, because its free. And its a ****ing install you dip****, mabey if you were smarter mabey you would beable to understand it. Or your just stupid and you didnt download the correct ones, i dopnt know.....but none of it is a virus, you just gotta know wich ones to download and wich ones not to.

Hey Dombomb, you have to use a virtual drive program like Daemon tools or alcohol and mount the dvd image (so your computer thinks that the original disk is in), then you will be able to play.
and ujimasa your 'crack' not keygen is a virus. Try using virus total to scan the file. 31 virus scaners out of 41 say that there is a virus of some sort in the crack...
virus total ftw!

I updated the game (v1.1 international english cd from lucasarts) and ran that no-cd patch from gamecopyworld, but it still asks me to insert the cd/dvd!!

For anyone needing system requirements, GO TO GOOGLE , TYPE IN "CAN U RUN IT" and click on the 1st link , should be something like systemrequiremntlab and there it will say select product and look for this game, it will test your computer and tell you if you can run it

When I extrct the NO DVD LOADER to the specified path, it still asks me for the original CD, and I can't start the game. I've tried putting the NO DVD LOADERs (parts 1 and 2) into their respective folders, as per the 'Extract' text document, AND I've tried putting both into the gamedata folder. I've also made sure that the ISO is mounted, but that makes no difference. Has anyone else run across this problem, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Nevermind, I found out what I was doing wrong. All I had to do was, instead of trying to extract the NO DVD LOADER parts directly, extract them onto the desktop, and drag them into the open folders. Game is now up and running. WEWTZ! ty for uploading, and keeping seeding people, I know I will.

FOUND A SOLUTION CHRASHES IN WINDOWS VISTA
you have to enable the stereo mixer in control panel.
"(...), then click on HARDWARE AND SOUND,
and then click SOUND.
A window will pop up.
Navigate to the RECORDING tab in the top,
then RIGHT CLICK on some open white space
and select "Show Disabled Devices."
Hopefully, if you are still in the RECORDING tab,
a new icon will appear called "STEREO MIX."
RIGHT CLICK on the SETEREO MIX icon and select "Enable."
