"Skullptures" is a nice one but some people (like me) are looking for a multi-language version. Helgah says blue death screen ? hmmmm doesn't seems good one, we maybe have to wait for a patch...

guys please listen, most of my friends have downloaded from slullptura and it works. Do listen to some hogwash that is being circulated that skullptura has problems. Theoretically it cannot post any problems because it is ripped straight out from the game. So please guys download from skullptura, it works. Do not download from this dumb guys. Plus you can also just burn in in one dvd

took like a week to d/l only to get bsod'ed after trying to install it. had to do a ghost image on my box to recover. no biggie but i feel for those who have to do a clean format to fix the problem or whatever method you use.

The Skullptura one is the best one!! He compressed it to under 3 gigs. And there is a Multi Language patch he added a day or 2 after he posted the first one. I have been playing AC for the past week and everything works great!!

I installed the game, NO viruses, it runs good but i got one Problem...
I don't have any sound in the cinematic parts of the game. 
I can see them talking but no sound...strange

if you didn't hear sound here is the solution
1 ) start -> run -> dxdiag
2 ) sound tab
3 ) change sound acceleration to no acceleration at all

ok i had downloaded this a while ago, used the russian jerusalem fix but dint work but there's a new english fix from this problem u cn get it under this name "Assassin's Creed v1.0 [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE - SEPC [mininova]" i have entered jerusalem and no prblems at all not with sound laggging or motion freezes, not crashed even once and no virus or trojan scnned with nod 32
system specs:
intel core 2 duo 2.2Ghz
3GB RAM
nvidia 8600GTS 256 MB

Does this crash at Jerusalem? or does the fixed exe link posted by mudyblue007 actually fix that issue, because I thought you had to replace more than just the exe? I already have Assassins Creed installed (I think it's the procyon version) and have just discovered the Jerusalem crash and need a fix that works. Will I have to download the whole thing again?

In fact i've tried the fixed exe from the link posted by mudyblu007 and the game won't even start, says binkw32.dll can't be found, but it's there.
Put my old exe back and it loads again.

To anyone who's having a problem with the audio, this the last resolve. it works either for xp or vista. Just download the compatible driver from the link below.
ps: for realtek HDD audio only though.

From my own experience occasional BSODs in games has something to do with refresh rates setting. Like if I set the game to a refresh rate that the graphics card manage but NOT the screen, my computer just shuts down and reboots. Sometimes i solve this by choosing "vertical sync" in game settings, and if that setting is not there then i choose "force vertical sync" in my graphics card settings.
This is just my own thoughts about the bsod problems, and by no means fact. But try it out! Perhaps it might help

is it true that the games that microsoft publishes just for windows or the game have just been released from the the Xbox360 to Windows only accept the xbox360's controllers???
because most of the games that i try to play doesnt even have the part were u could go to change the controller settings. and i see the Letter A B C D of the Xbox 360s controllers around some letters, as if it can only be used by the xbox360s controller.

I downloaded the Game, In 3 days or something.
But now, i need some help how to install the Game.
I allready downloaded Daemon Tools, What to do now with all the files?
I tried to mount the ISO Images but it's in a .rar and if i do right click in the Daemon Tools icon, then mount image, then Seach the Assasins Creed containing folder, then i see multiple .rar files, if i mount these, nothing happens.

I think I can help you , although I didn't finish the download till now . But all the games contain images that need to be extracted, so I have a good experience in these stuff . You need "MagicIso" to deal with images, this software lets you extract and burn the images on a CD or a DVD 
. If this doesn't work , tell me the kind (extension) of the image, and I hope I can help you . I wish I finished downloading the torrent . Thank You .....

This "image file" is split into multiple parts, let's say (r01, r02, r03). To extract the image file, u must have all the parts. If one part is missing, this message will popup . I hope u understand my example , if not , tell me and I will explain it in an easier way . I still didn't finish downloading the game , so plz ppl SEED !!!!!!

It worked for me. 0 bugs, no errors or crashes.
I'm running: Intel E8400 @ 3.6 GHz, NVidia 8800GTS 512mb, 2GB RAM. It runs fluently.
Also, i did not find any viruses at all. Guys that say it's infected either use something stupid as AVG, or already have a virus that infected the game as well. Or you're probably posting this negative feedback to get more downloads for your own torrent.
Either way, you heard me, start downloading this game. It deserved my 24h of seeding.

i'll post it here but i haven't even downloaded the game and I'm WAY too lazy to change it for you so have fun figuring it out on your own or just download Starwars EAW http://www. mininova .org/tor/1633975 (remove the spaces)
How To Install:
-mount "Disk 1" into any mounting program (eg. daemon tools, alcohol 120%, etc.) They're all Freeware
--if disk does not auto play, open "my computer" and select the disk drive which contains the mounted image, then right click and open the file, finally open the "LaunchEAW" program...

ya i fixed it. i just downloaded all the updates for my video drive. thanks. rough graphics levels though. really high quality and if i'm getting the game off here then how am i going to have good enough graphic cards. I'm just cheap. it's in my blood. the game is better with an xbox controller as well

AHH! last year i blew out my sound card so i bought a new one, my graphics card like crashed or something so i had to by a new one. I've got a 2005 xp and the game still is too good for my computer. Make sure you have a freakin super computer if you wanna play

You need to use the crack, the crack folder is in the CD (iso file), just look for the "crack" folder and i think you may copy then to install directory.

FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP:
_______________________________
1. un-rar the files to a location by opening "rld-acrr.rar".
2. Mount the .iso file with power iso, Daemon tools ect.
3. install
4. Open the shortcut on the desktop and the auto update will run, wait till it finishes and run the update.
5. Copy the 2 files located in the "Crack" folder, which is located in the Virtual CD that was mounted with the .iso file
6. Past them into the directory of the game install, hit "Yes" to replace the files.
7.game should open then, have fun!

My recommendation is as soon as the game starts, make your profile and dont start playing till you switch the graphics lower (resolution is main), cause when i started the game it was auto set to full quality and it was insanely slow...and i have a good comp...
