I've been getting the Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check),when that error pops up it stops installing can anyone help me please!!

"Thankyou for Uploading this one of a kind "genuine game"" I am writing this for help call to the uploader and whoever could help me. I have downloaded it and extracted files like they say so in the istructions. I go to hit the .bass file that was made to install the game with. I install the game with no problom and then go to use the patches. I use on of the patches and it says the patch is only for some other version of FFOW but then it continues with the patch and i was wondering if something went wrong. Also the second patch that i come to works fine, I just dont understand the instructions when you come to where you need to make a backup of a file and than put a No-DVD thing somewhere, I am so lost once i get there.......... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, IVE COME TO FAR TO GIVE UP!!!!
