I had sound until i burnt it to dvd using power2go, so used Nero instead and that worked, unfortunately the lip sync is out now

sigh.. @SF10595 the audio is MP4 hence in the download it says MP4. which means you need a CODEC good VLC media player or 123 media player. download it.
find your movie file right click and click play with- and whichever one you chose to download..
these are AVI files which require this. WMP9-11 cannot play these kind with sound
