but when I load it into protools through rtas/vst adaptor it asks me for a key which I can`t fint??

look you need save the 1.0.0 in the vst map, the 1.0.9 you need save in other map and replace the ddl file in the vst folder. or turn off you net conection. dont need a key

i have the same problem as VinSoad. i did everything u said.. i put all downloaded winrar files, into one file, than exported 1.0.0 i 1.0.9. setup files. than i installed 1.0.0 setup. it worked all fine.. than i copied 1.0.9. dll file into 1.0.0 folder and replaced 1.0.0 dll.. but i have no desktop shortcut, i don't know how to start the program.. for what and where to use "Nexus v1.0.9 Setup.dmg" file??? does anydoby know?

ok how i got this to work in windows xp.
after the download completed i highlighted all the rar files and extracted them in winrar and got dyn-refxnex. i have daemon tools lite so i mounted this file in daemom and from the windows folder installed nexus v1.0.0 to the FL PLUGIN folder NOT the VSTPlugin folder[ the default folder when you install will come up as c:\program Files\Vstplugins. just navigate to c:\ Program Files\Image Line\FL studio7\Plugins and modify to this path] c:\Program Files\Image Line\FL studio7\Pugins\VST\Nexus ,i changed the path when installing when you see the path just delete what you don't need and put nexus on the end,then i created a new folder in my documents installed nexus v 1.0.9 to that folder then copyed the 1.0.9.0 dll file and after navigating to the nexus folder in the plugins folder of image line on c:\ pasted and OVER ROTE THE 1.0.0.0 dll file,opened FL7 studio went to channels add one ,more, then refresh and nexus was found,working great!

Hello guys,
I DL'ed this torrent successfuly. But, I see a bunch of .00,.01 etc files. There is one .rar file but if you open it up with winrar it is just emoty. What do I do? Thanks.

Hi Guys,
I got this working. I got it extracted properly by using a program on download.com and using right click "extract here" rather than opening up winrar. But even after that, it is still quite weird. There are 2 install files like the poster above mentioned. I did not follow exactly what he said but after imstalling the 1.0 it asks for a license key, and w/o it it won't work. The easiest way to get it working is like this (imho):
- downlaod the torrent for nexus that is only 4mb. This is just a shell for the vst but there is not content. But, there is no license required.
- after you have that, then install 1.0 of this torrent to your vst folder and voila it works like a charm!

Ok... downloaded and ran 1.0 and installed to vst folder and then ran 1.09 and installed to same vst folder... when i open it up in ableton it say that it "cant find a valid licence file..." and asks me to locate it???....
help guys im lost - what do i do... i tried switching off the net connection and retrying but it still gives me the same error message - can someone please post up a simple fix for this - thank you.

Okay, I got it working, On Windows XP In Fruity Loops 8 XXL
Heres what I did-
I went over all the RAR files, using WinRAR, right clicked, and hit "Extract Here"
Once it finished there was a ISO file, With the name "dyn-refxnex",
using MagicDISC I mounted the file, Install 1.0.0 first into the VSTPlugins folder, than 1.0.9 to the same folder, I opened Fruity Loops, found Nexus in the channels, and viola
