Medieval II is a huge game. But after you install, you can delete the ISOs Patches. Many reviews criticize that the game is space hogging.

Has anyone else had problems getting the game to run? I've followed all the instructions, updated the patches, copied the cracked exe, but it still asks fo the correct cd-rom when i try to run it!!

When I try to do step 35 (by the way I'm on vista if that matters) and i attepmt to put the crack in C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War it says "windows cannot create a shortcut here would you like to put one on the desktop instead" all it wants me to do is make a shortcut, plz help!

Oops nvm, i figured it out, that part of the instructions confuzed me, no offence because everything else is very clear but, you may want to add copy and paste the application crack to C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War, thx!

To seed, just make sure your bit torrent client is on and press the play button on the Medieval II torrent. If you finished, it should seed. According to demonoid there are 95 seeders. I AM SEEDING. BE PATIENT.

What? I don't seem to understand what you said. What you can do is, download the first part of the game (high priority or stop downloading expansions) and then install and play (you also need the crack for the first one) without expansion and then later after you finish downloading you can install the expansion.
These are the files you need:
Crack/medieval2.exe 18.86 MB
Medieval 2 Total War/MED2TW_1.iso 3.74 GB
Medieval 2 Total War/MED2TW_2.iso 3.93 GB
Patches/Medieval II Patch 1.2.exe 613.30 MB (optional download)
Patches/Medieval II Patch 1.3.rar 511.54 MB (optional download)
Readme.txt 6.61 KB (optional download)
and then install the rest later. Hope this helps!

I have a probléme of sound. I installed(settled) any coretement (patchs also). But as soon as I throw(launch) games(sets), in the menu, there is no music. I throw the campaign of mode and similar! No music. Somebody has an idea of or few to come the probléme and if yes a little of help plz.

Try reinstalling sound card. If that doesn't work, change the sound settings to a different driver or something. I've had that problem before.

ok so ive gone through all of the steps to download. but when i try and run the game i keep getting a message saying "wrong disc inserted... please insert the original "kingdoms" cd/dvd." i have no idea whats going on. i only downloaded the kingdoms part of the file as i have the actual game is that the problem

Did you apply the kingdoms crack? If not try that. If you have and it still isn't working, try applying the medieval II crack too.

Stachman: It should work. Tell me what you did in detail. Did you only make a shortcut? Cause sometime it won't copy over but instead give a shortcut. Also, make sure you replace the previous file. Don't keep the crack and the original...

Stachman, Also make sure that you use the Corresponding Crack with the same version number of the game... If you didn't use the included Update patch you may need to download another crack from GameCopyWorld that corresponds with your version of the game.

- It will not mess up any rome:total war cracks. This game is installed in a different folder, and therfore crack will not interfere with each other.
- CD key is on the comment for this game.(go back one page)
- If you do not know how to mount, then just burn each ISO to a DVD-R, and install using the guide.
- This is the whole game, and play nice.
Note for the creator: nice job, and extra thanks for the detailed installation guide. (I have the original game, but unfortunately it is in German. This copy allows me to play this in English.)

For some reason when I was downloading the speed varied from (30 to 100 kb/s). I even got up to 200 kb/s! Now since it took me quite a while to download I'm going o upload. I upload much slower thanI download but I upload more often than when I download.
Btw i got it working perfectly and I'll try to help you. Just post a question here.

I am having trouble loading the Medieval Total War II .iso files using Daemon tools. Am I the only one?
When I load it, instead of the autoplay starting up, nothing starts up and when I try to access my virtual drive using Explorer it says there is nothing in the drive. I am able to load the Kingdom expansion pack .iso files.
Anyone else having trouble using Daemon tools to load this file?

You don´t need to download the 1.2 and 1.3 patches, because when you´re installing Kingdoms it cames with in. Thus you save time (1 Gb. time 
).
The game works fine and I didn´t have any problem so far (about 5 hours of playing.)

Guys i have played this game before with this same torrent.
I had a good time with this game...
Until i got a virus on my pc...
So i started everything over! including this game...
Now i have a problem..
I have done exactly the same thing as before...putting the crack installing and etc... But when i click on play it almost gets in the game and then it goes back and says: Medieval 2 encountered an unspecious error or something... why?????????????????

I am downloading Medieval II Total war and Age of Empires III with all expansions, to see which is better, the first thing I see is that Age Of Empires is downloading with a speed of 300 kb/s and Medieval II Total war with a speed of less then 1 kb.

When I attempt to update to 1.300.00 I get that C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II total war\packs\Data\data_0.pack is missing, so it can't be updated, what is the problem because when I look it up its just there

Just a note to say that it is so great to see someone give all of the information that is needed for people who are new to this.
A long time ago I had to learn the hard way about how to get torrents to actually work (let alone figure out how to download something in the first place). A lot of my time was wasted by making many many mistakes (each of them different).
