It is a really good sound editing software, I used it before and now I'm re-downloading it.

yes you can mic record with live effects. And you can tweak the sound with effects after you record. Which I prefer wince it gives you a clean sound you can always go back to to start over. Cool Edit Pro is GREAT sound editing program. Versatile yet relatively simple.

Thank You uploader. Works perfectly. Scanned with Kaspersky no problems as well. I've been using Cool Edit since 1999. Surely the most handy, versatile and effective sound editing software for home recording issues. Highly recommended
