HELP!!!!! How do i install these things.......i try and run the warcraft 3 installer but it says no cd sorta thing.....so i then use the cd crack[k] and it comes up with this message "the application "Warcraft lll" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "4<Warcraft lll><warcraft lll><Miles Carbon Library><>"
what do i do??? sum 1 please just tell me how to install this ****ing thing!!!!

Well at this point I can't comment on the Frozen Throne expansion but the Reign of Chaos works just fine for me on my Mac running OSX. However I did find that the CD keys provided didn't work so I had to find them elsewhere - but thats no big deal. Thanks a lot for this - great game, I played Warcraft 1 and 2 and somehow skipped this one and went straight to World of Warcraft, and its kinda fun to go back and see the progression to WoW.

i was having trouble with TFT at first. It keeps returning me with Unexpected Errors.
What I did was, I change the WARCRAFT III.app to WARCRAFT III.
It will prompt you that it will turn into a folder. Click Yes
From there, I drag out the WARCRAFT application from the new folder and place replacing the one inside. It works since then...

This torrent WORKS... For those of you still trying to find a way to play. READ THE FOLLOWING...
1. open and install "Warcraft 3 Retail.dmg". It might say that it is corrupted, or what not, but it works.
2. The CD Keys can be found in "serial box":

3. unzip the "NoCD Warcraft III Crack.sit"
4. Rename or Delete the Movies folder (from your "Warcraft III folder" in "Applications". I renamed them, just to be on the safe side.
5. Double-click on the "Warcraft III.dmg" (from the NoCD Crack)
6. play.

For THE FROZEN THRONE....
1. after setting up W3: Reign of Chaos, install "Warcraft.III.TheFrozenzone.dmg"
2. Open Toast, make a disk image of the same file (in #1)
3. Go to your "Warcraft III Folder" open "The Frozen Throne"
4. play.

I manage to download this warcarft 3 on my mac n also to play it, but te problem i facing now is te patch, te version of my patch at te moment is 1.07.........
So I go to te Blizzard website to download te latest which 1.21a but t problem is tht i could not open te patch file which is War3TFT_121a_English.bin
And also wat i need to do to change my warcraft 3 to a version 1.21...
I will really appreciated anyone help, thank a lot..

This game works perfectly. nice!
1. install Reign of Chaos. Out of many files there, u just need two files .dmg and MAC CD-Keys .txt to install.
2. install frozen throne. Easy there are only two files there, and two of them are needed.
3. double click on the .dmg file in frozen throne folder to let the system read the image.
4. go to the frozen throne .app then click it and play.
Easy is that.

I have a few notes to add to MightMink's instructions.
Something odd happened when I opened the Reign of Chaos disk image. Instead of verifying I got a warning that the dmg could be corrupt and if I open it I run the risk of damaging my system.
I know there no damage I can't reformat away, so I opened the ROC dmg and everything has seemed fine so far...
None of the serial numbers in the txt file worked for Reign of Chaos, but the SerialBox serial worked just fine, so save yourself like 10 minutes and just use that one.
Also, once you open the Frozen Throne dmg and go to install it, it asked me to put in the Warcraft III CD. For about 45 seconds I was a bit confused but then I realized I just needed to re-mount the Reign of Chaos dmg. Simple fix, but I can see some people having a problem there.
But, the most important thing is, it worked for me! THANKS!

For some reason when I double-click on the "Warcraft III retail.dmg" it verifies but in the end it fails to mount the image due to Input/output error. Anyone knows what that means? How can I fix it?
By the way, the Frozen Throne .dmg works fine. I just can't install it because I can't get Reign of Chaos to install

i could run the game. i'll tell u what i did.
first of all, u will not be able to play online (u can if u have a private server but i haven't seen one for mac).
ok what i did is: first open the Warcraft III retail.dmg file on the Warcraft III - Reign of Chaos folder, install it, the cdkeys are there too in a readme file. (i got a msg saying something about that this file could damage your mac harddrive adsasd, well it didnt happen, i jsut pressed open XD.)
After installed unmount it by pressing the upward arrow next to the hard drive's name.

then do the same thing with the other folder: Warcraft III - The Frozen Throne, open the .dmg and install, the key is right there in a readme file.
to play reing of chaos go to the Warcraft III - Reign of Chaos folder and open the NoCD Warcraft III Crack folder, and finally open the WarCraft III.dmg. u'll see that the image is mounted so its like u have the cd running, so u dont ahve to create images or burn image files, just double click and live the .dmg open. Go to applications and look for the Warcraft III folder, inside it u'll see the frozen throne and the Warcraft III icon. If you have the dmg opened/mounted if you try to open any of those icons it should work, hat worked for me. oh and i renamed the video folder inside the Warcraft III folder. thats it o.0

You should know (to those looking for BNet support) that in order to play on BNET you MUST buy the game. Unless you are extremely lucky and can find a CD-Key that no one else is using online. Anyways, back to the main point of my comment... SEEEDDDD!!!!!!!

to play online - like allibi says u gotta buy it as the key is registered with your ip addy to verify its a legit key.
on another note, updating to the latest version removes the cd check
ps this game is gold now so just buy it if u like it, about 10 pounds in the uk

be more specific mate, u talking about this image (if so then re-download as it sounds like a corrupt version)
if not and ur talking about an original disk, take it to a games shop for a rebuff, or blizzard will replace if u ask them nicely

ok i just d/led the torrent.... all files works well on mac.
just one question though.... how do u patch the frozen thronw to 1.22? or 1.21?
coz when i apply the patch it upgrades reign of chaos but then it won't let me open up frozen throne anymore.
can someone please help, i've tried so many times and still stuck with this problem.
