staret **** and stop spamming. i hate you. :) great show btw. i really like this copyright thing you have here. it's nice to be reminded that musicians are not all that supportive of copyright laws. just the opposite in fact. these old farts that call themselves "recording labels" have been living from other people's work for too long. now that the technology has turned against this insane model of mo' *****, they are doing everything in their power to stop it.
I wish you Canadians luck. Then again, I still can't figure out how is it that Americans legislated the US Millenium Copyright Digital Act? I mean, who actuall said "yeah, this sounds like a great idea."

That, and awesome point about CDs. ***? These people still talk about CDs as if they are making any sense. I guess they have been ignoring that half a terabyte drive on a shelf of every best buy? What do they think that stuff's for? A fancy CD case?

enough of my rants. Great show. Please keep posting! :)

Recording labels have been making too much dough the last 20+ years and the artists have been getting very little of that dough. Btw, the show is excellent and it's really great to see some relevant posts on mininova (thx gonzor!). I know it's great to see "yes, torrent fine, excellent quality of file" but what I can gather with this Content Distribution model is that we can actually use this as a soundboard and say something relevant every once in a while.

So yes, thank you HiSciFi. You are quickly turning into one of my favorite shows. :)
