just got a psp,how do load these games,do i need to install a homebrew system,if so would you have a link to where i can download it from?

I wrote this for my friends who wanted to install CFW on their PSP and have access to the files when I am not around.

BTW I was able to reduce the size of Crisis Core iso to 950 MB.

I had it compressed to CSO and removed the update folder.

Try UMDgen 4.0 if you want ot compress PSP games.

No working PC emulator for PSP as of yet bigspud. There are 2 listed here http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psp/ but neither work for any of the iso's or cso's I have tried. PSPE claims that homebrew works but I have tried over 50 homebrew apps and games. They either crash the program or just dont run at all.

shivster check out psp-hacks.com they have an extensive list of homebrew and firmware for psp. The forums there have step by step instructions on "updating" your psp to play iso's and cso's from the memory stick.

btw thx rochi7. jigenki.com/jigspsp is valid for psp downloads but for how long?!?!?!?! great site. only problem is your are only allowed to download a few files per day and only one at a time. (well for free that is they still work and is better then waiting for most old torrents. It also had a few psp games not found anywhere else.
