Like foobar2000 says in the left window, it was encoded in ABR at 224 kbit/s.

Thank you very kindly for sharing it, it sounds really good !
But it was not encoded in VBR mode (Variable bitrate), actually it was encoded in ABR (Average Bitrate) mode.
ABR encoding varies bits around a specified target bitrate. I would say the value of this record was encoded around 230 kbps
