you know you could also just mount them using dameon and rip 'em urself to whatever format you desire... I actually kinda like it this way, although it is more work, iTunes will think I own these legally!!!

One question though, why does A Matter Of Life And Death say: (Limited Edition) (Disc 1)... is there a Disc 2?

he cue serves to "navigate" you for the archive ape. It is an archive text like any other, with indications of where they begin and finish the tracks. He can open in the notepad himself to have a notion. It does not need to carve to hear appropriately, we have plugins what leem the archive cue and they "turn" into tracks.
Foobar is a great format multi-player free sound what he allows to a user to hear and to convert a great number of music of files and formats: http://www.foobar2000.org/foobar2000_0.9.5.5.exe (click to lower it.)
More informations:http://www.foobar2000.org/
Example:
In the folder of the album 1974 - Rocka Rolla
open the files cue with the notepad
In the sentence:
FILE "Judas Priest - [1974] Rocka Rolla.wav" WAVE
Modify (rewrite)".wav" for .ape.
