I've seen this video training before this particular torrent from Lynda.com.

It's past basic coding in XHTML. It really gets indepth on what you really need to know to create a PROPER XHTML page.

Basically it's what you are going to need to know when you do PSD -> XHTML exports. They'll ask for just about everything in this video just the way they have it.

Tableless CSS designs with design elements in a CSS file linked externally with minimal code using pseudo and class selectors.
