Because of the negative post I check in three different ways once this was downloaded.
Kaspersky, Malwarebytes anti mallware and trend micro online.
It came back clear with all three.

One stooopid mistake I made though, and it WAS just an oversite. When you run it origonally, then close after update and 'ahem' modification. I actually forgot to close it at the taskbar. Until I did that, it came back as the downloaded 'free' copy, not pro one.
Silly mistake I know, but I may not be the only one ... (I can't be that thick)

this file contained a trojan luckily my scanner caught it but just to let everyone know.
