at the end of a dwld, you will begin to be a seeder(extra resource for dwlding)
example=
you dwld off peers(seeders, like you)
as u dwld u are also a seeder for OTHER people.
so its a circle..
if no1 is dwlidng this torrent, then u cant and/or it will be very slow.
