Actually it DOES support UIF files. I just tried it. And seems like the full version. atleast for everything I might need to use it for.

it actually comes with a pop-up when you try to open a uif file, it says "this version does not support uif files, please upgrade to the newest version...

Having problems with UIFs? Install MagicDisc.
Open MagicISO and go to Tools > Virtual CD/DVD-ROM. It brings you to the website where you can download MagicDisc.
MagicDisc will show up on the tray, then just right click it and go to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM and select the UIF file.

Vista 64-bit users might need to change the content of the .reg file first
Instead of
"path"="D:\\PROGRA~1\\MAGICI~1"
you need to have
"path"="D:\\PROGRA~2\\MAGICI~1"
because non-64 bit programs are installed in "Program Files (x86)" which is "PROGRA~2". At least that worked for me.

Great download, great crack with no viruses N for the UIF files jus download from the link in the shell which pops-up when U right click on a UIF file. If U dnt hav a UIF file N want the add-on 4 later use just create some bogus file with the .uif extension.

esafe didn't like either... but esafe doesn't like any download.
Sophos didn't like the original setup file either.
Panda or Sunbelt didn't like the crack
Also scanned the setup file directly from MagicISO's website and the same AVs returned false positives. In the end they all say its just "Suspicious." not much to go on.
I would say that the chance of a virus in here is extremely minimal. Personal experience shown by many people that there isn't any problems. I believe the AVs are returning false positives, but just wanted to say this anyways.
I thank the uploader for this crack. Finally can burn that file...

Ive installed Magic ISO, Copied the patch, Ran the magiciso.reg, Registered in my name and even installed the Virtual CD/DVD rom. But it still wont let me burn to DVD or mount the image (keeps coming up with THIS VERSION DOESNT SUPPORT UIF)
The file im trying to mount is 'Adobe Premiere Pro CS3'
Maybe it works for some UIF files but its certainly not working for me!!!

This is like a wild goose chase trying to figure out how to register magiciso so I can make a cd/dvd image. I'm finding out more and more how little I know about computers and software! This is ridiculous.
I tried using magicdisk, but when I try to make a cd/dvd, it sends me to the magiciso website to download something. I downloaded it and can't figure out what exactly it was that I downloaded!
None of the serials work. Very little makes sense.
I'm debating whether to just uninstall magiciso/disk alltogether and call it a day, or continue wasting my time.

Installed Magic ISO 5.5 as suggested and got error message "This Version doesn't support this UIF file, download update from the Magiciso.com web site". I downloaded the update program and installed it and it came up with a message about registering it or using it on a trial basis. Tried installing the fix again and still got error messages as above. Finally downloaded and used the trial version to convert 5 UIF CD's to ISO versions but when I try to use them they stop working after about a minute or two, probably because the Trial Version is limited in scope. Wish there was an easy way of converting UIF to ISO images, spent so much time trying to do this, unsuccessfully.
Also when I was installing both your version and the 'Updated' version my Malware bytes program alerted me to a potential problem,caused by GLK1A46.tmp

=D I found a better way of opening the cracked version, all you have to do is go in to your start menu > all programs > find sony vegas 8.0.exe, right click, go to properties and where it says target add a 2 after the 0 so it will look like this ----> "C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 8.0\vegas802.exe"

Thanks matt. Good thing to know it's clean. I had a hard time with prior versions. Every single one was infected with a trojan which could not be cleaned without damaging the file.
