Nobody has subbed it yet. It was even released on DVD (region 2) but without any subs.

thanks finny, it is kindly strange that some fansub hasn't taken the special for subbing, but indeed there isn't any torrent with the special subbed. I hope sum fansub to sub it fast, i really want to see it =). ty

I agree with #4.Kuro-Hana and Animanda did excellent work on the series and the Rewrite 1.I hope they can sub this one.
