moonlight22122....there is a crack folder on the disc....just copy the contents of the folder and paste it into the apartment life TSbin folder and overwright........

Just open any of the Rar files named rld-s2e8 from The Sims 2 Apartment Life folder then extrect it to your desktop, then open that file on your desktop with Magic ISO or Power ISO. Now just extrect The Sims 2 Apartment Life with Magic ISO or Power ISO to a new folder on your desktop and you can now start installing The Sims 2 Apartment Life!!!

>paste It will ask if you wanted to replace the file->click yes
That’s it.
It won’t ask you for the CD/DVD anymore!

gah... i still dont get it. i extracted the files to my desktop. i mounted the image, but it says wrong disk. i dont get where im supposed to find the sims2ep8 file. when i go to the TSBIN there is already a Sims2Ep8.exe, but still doesn't work. help anybody?

it wont work for me!! when it gets to 45% complete installing it says it cant install objects or something.... i dunno why its doing this? any ideas? i downloaded another torrent too and it does the same thing at 15%... i have mostly all the expansion packs and stuff packs... does that have anything to do with it? ahhh help!!

a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'TSData\Res\3D\Sims13.package' from the media.

Go to start/computer and right click on the virtual drive where disc is mounted. Choose explore and you will find a folder called crack. Copy the exe and paste in program files/EA games/apartment life/TSBin, allow it to overwrite. Now create a shortcut (from the exe you just pasted) to your desktop

I install the game and I put crack into right place but it still not working! actually, i can't put that crack file in program files/ ea games/ the sims 2 apartment life/Tsbin. When I do that, there shous up some kind a thing and says that There is wrong disc inserted. Please insert the orginal The sims 2 Apartment life expansion pack dc/dvd.retry or cancle.

Open power iso main frame.
Press "open"
Open the "rld - s2e8" file.
It will open and there is a crack file in it. Extract it.

Nothing anyone says works for me. I extracted everything but there's nothing for me to mount. I used Winzip to unzip, Magic ISO to extract and I have Daemon Tools Lite and MagicDisc for mounting but when I used either one, and go in to choose a file, there are no files available for mounting. All the files here are exe, bmp or whatever. Doesn't matter if I go to folders AutoRun, Crack, Support, TSBin or TSData, there are no mountable files. And the exe's don't work. The only thing that works is key gen. When I click the Sims2EP8 icon, it asks for the actual CD ROM/DVD disc which obviously I don't have. There's no Apartment Life folder for me to copy and paste any other file to because I can't install anything in the first place. Nothing works!

Nevermind, I figured it out.
If you put the .iso on to a DVD, and right click on the DVD (which should read Sims2EP8) and click on Open, you can get all the files you couldn't if you incountered the same error as me. At least, this is how I fixed it.

This is how I installed Apartment Life:
Things you need: Utorrent, WinRAR, Daemon tools
Apartment life completes in utorrent, open containing folder. Folder pops up, double click rar file (rld-s2e8). Right-click the iso file, extract to specific folder, Desktop. Open up Daemon tools, click on icon (thunderbolt) device: 0, Go to desktop and look for file that you extracted. Double click the file, Click "Run autorun.exe". Choose language. It will tell you to back up all your other Sims 2 saved games. Type in serial code, use anyone from comment 5 or 10.

Proceed to install. After installed add crack. Go back to daemon tools, remount the iso file, autoplay pops up, this time click the "Open Folder..." Double click crack folder, Copy crack. Go to this: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Apartment Life\TSBin, there should be a file that looks just like the crack. Make sure you back that up before placing the crack in. Copy/paste the crack into that folder, Copy and replace. Double click your Apartment life icon on your desktop and there you go ENJOY!

Does anyone know what the file [rld-s2e8.exe] is? It's a small 8k file sitting in the crack folder. The game runs fine without it. Can someone with a good virus scanner check on this? I didn't see it mentioned in the nfo either.

michalkaa this ism't an independent game...it needs the basic <<the sims 2>> and the other expasion packs...you can't play the sims 2 apartment life you must have the other sims...so download the sims 2 and it's expansion install them at your pc and you can play the hole game....good luck...!!!

I don't understand, how so many people could manage to download this game. When I download, it has only 1 seeder and he/she also disappears somewhere. This seed only last for about 2 or 5 minutes and then it's gone again. I think that I have to agree with jila09. If you buy this game you will get it faster than downloading this torrent.

Okay someone posted this above earlier but I'm doing it again anyway.
STEP-BY-STEP
1: Download this torrent.
2: Once it's downloaded, Open the Containing Folder & use WinRAR to unRAR the file <rld-s2e8>, it is the last in the list and is the only RAR File - the rest are WinRAR Archives. This will unRAR one file - an Image File <rld-s2e8>.
3: Use PowerISO or something similar to mount this image (open PowerISO, go to Mount, then choose a drive and search for the Image File you just unRARed.)
4: Go to My Computer, find the drive that you mounted the Image File to (it will say, eg, <CD Drive (I Sims2EP8>, right click on this drive and go to Explore. [cont...]

5: There is a folder there called <Crack>. Copy this folder to somewhere easily found, eg the Desktop. Inside this folder are two files, one is the NO-CD crack for the game and the .exe file is the keygen.
6: Once you've copied the <Crack> folder elsewhere, double click on the AutoRun icon and follow the simple instructions to install (you can use one of the Registration Keys posted above or use the keygen provided).
7: Once installation is done, copy the No-CD Crack <Sims2EP8>, go to C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 2 Apartment Life\TSBin and paste the crack file there - Copy and Replace Existing File.
From there it should work fine. These are the steps I used and my game is working fine, cheats box and all.

I got the error "file unsupported" when I tried to mount the iso with PowerISO. So I opened the iso with WinRAR, extracted the contents to a separate folder and ran the set up from there. Works for me! Thank you much!

THIS is a spelling correction for my comment number 98.
where it says seedind its supposed to say seeding and that 31.4 stat is wrong that was for the other torrent i am downloading. my current stat is 1.2% using uTorrent.

Windows XP- right click The sims 2 Apartment Life and go to propertys, when that comes up left click on the Find Target box it will open a window with the file selected. name the selected file to Sims2EP8orginal. and then move the crack to that same folder.
Windows Vista- right click The sims 2 Apartment Life and go to propertys, when that comes up left click on the Open file Location box it will open a window with the file selected. name the selected file to Sims2EP8orginal. and then move the crack to that same folder.

please make sure you have a directX 9 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest manufacterer provided driver.

grr, need help plz. im new to this i downloaded rollercoaster tycoon 3 copied the crack files etc with no bother.
Ive downloaded the sims 2 partment life and there is all this rld stuff, i saw an earlier comment telling me to open the RAR file, thats exactly what ive done but it comes up in a word document as a load of silly words, symbols and letters etc

If you have winrar, or possibly others, loaded on your computer, just right-click any of the .rar files and say 'Extract Here'. It should extract the files into a new one called rld-s2e8.iso. This is the file you then mount with Daemon Tools, or whatever, to start the program loading. After its loaded, make sure you put the sims2ep8.exe from the 'crack' folder into the 'tsbin' folder. This is the no cd crack.
Expansion works fine for me.

okay for people who are having a lot of trouble installing the game here is how to install it.
(assuming you already have installed The Sims 2 on your PC which you will have to play this game)
You will need:
Daemon tool to mount the image
Winrar

1. Go to the folder The.Sims.2.Apartment.Life-RELOADED [www.btarena.com]
2. Open any rld-s2e8.rar
3. Extract the rld-s2e8.iso to some place you will remember(preferably the desktop)
4. Use Dameon to mount rld-s2e8.iso
5. Wait for installation
6. It will ask you for The Sims CD 4 (assuming you already have/downloaded The Sims 2 CD 4 you can mount using daemon)
7. After the installation is done go to (rld-s2e8.iso) and open it with Winrar
8. Open Crack folder
9. Copy Sims2EP8.exe
10. Paste it in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Apartment Life\TSBin
11. It will ask you to replace the current Sims2EP8.exe click YES
12. Open the game and ENJOY!

Ok, so I've downloaded this. And I know how to install these things as I d/ld Free Time. My problem is, that when I try to extract one of the WinRar files, it tells me that "I need to have the following volume to continue extracting" Which is followed by a browse button and the line "Insert disk with volume and press ok to try again"
I can't figure out what this means or what to do with this. It says it with every WinRar file from the download folder (all the zipped files are WinRar). So how do I get one of the files to extract in order to mount it? I tried mounting the WinRar file before extracting and it says that there is a disk error when I try to open the mounted drive.

nvm. I figured it out
For those who have the same problem as me. Go back into the torrent downloader and make sure that all the files are 100% downloaded. Once they are you should be able to extract the rar file without having the "volume" issue.

Just finished Downloading this.
The Download speed was really poor (maximum it ever reached was some 20Kbps). But still the long wait was worth it once I instaled the game. Everything works fine. And this is for all those who want to know if this is Multi Language. Yes it is multi language. and is an Expansion Pack.

Guys Ive followed all of the directions step by step. Everything from copying the icon from the crack folder to entering my code. When i did all of that it was actually installing my game, but when it got to 95% which was searching for some stupid * support* thing, it said the support cs_eula could not be retrieved then it will say try again or quit. every time i click retry it keeps on saying retry or quit. And when I click the icon this dialog box with nothing in it but a red X pops up?

could anybody please give me any directions what I should do. I installed the game perfectly added all the extras and stuff I had from other Expansions(some of them original). Then when I added the crack and I start the game I can only play it if I dont start creating a family. If I finnish a family ands try to play with it the game just simply crashes. okayy any 1 having trouble with the direct x thingy or being told to put in the sims 2 apartment life disk then try this.
1. un-install the sims 2 apartment life
2. mount it with whatever softwear you use.
3. re-install it.
4. do NOT copy the crack folder anywhere.

anyone who has played the sims game should know that you do have to have the main sims 2 game. NO sims 2 expantion pacls or or games will work without it. Just so everyone is aware.

*then when it done open the Folder named "The Sims 2 Apartment Life-RELOADED [www.btarena.com]"
*u will see a ONE rar file in there and open it~
*while inside a rar file named "rld-s2e8"(exact name)~
extract them all to your desktop for more easy~
*then u will see a CD icon with "rld-s2e8" name~
create a folder and name it...and extract all files u will see in rld-s2e8
*open the Autorun....install the game....wait for minutes~

Woo i got it! Yay,I had to disable my Anti-Virus and get rid of my custom content so it loaded i'm not sure which was the problem but it works.

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've downloaded this torrant, was able to unzip the files, copied the crack to the TSbin etc. I'm able to enter the serial and the program installs. The problem is that when it's finished installing the message comes up saying it's checking to make sure everything's updated. Then another message comes up saying that installation was incomplete and uninstalls the program. Any ideas what I've done wrong? Thanks!

BUT i have other concerns. I previously had FREE TIME Extension Pack and was able to play it well.
After I installed this APARTMENT LIFE Expansion pack, when I am about to choose which community to play I ALWAYS GET A MESSAGE SAYING "you have uninstalled the FREE time expansion pack and the hobbies will be removed from saved game".
I never uninstalled the free time. but i cant play it with apartment life. is there a way i could play them both together? please help.. thank you.

if your having problems try burning the golden cd logo onto a disc it worked fine for me after i did this but before nothing would work

AHHHH its not fair, right i downloaded it fine and it asks for a cd, this was then solved and now its finshed downloading and is on my desktop ready to play, but after i click it to open it askes for the cd!!! help me i have got the crack in my folder already(tsbin)

plzz help i did whatever u guys told but even thoug i extract the file rld-s2ed and after that i also extract the iso file on desktop but when i mount the iso file with demon tool or with power iso than after select the language it shows error that "this product requires an installed copy of the sims2.please install the sims 2 before installing this product"

Can someone help me please? People keep saying about installing the program, yet whenever I mount it using either Daemon tools or Magicdisc, it is already installed and there is no option to install it. Just how it would look when the game is installed in the root folder. Any help appreciated!

WICKED number 86 - to 87 were a great help. One thing though i just extracted the files from any of the rar archives - it worked fine for me. a word of advise though on the first load up it takes a while..... great torrent

go to www.google.com and search for crack ms site enter that site and search the sims on that site then when appears the name of the game download it and orverwrite the file/s of the ame and...woulaa you got the crack of the game...i hope that i helped

Alrighty. At least I'm not alone with problems! When I open the extracted file with Power ISO it says 'The file format is invalid or unsupported'

So hows this. I accidentally got rid of the crack in my crack folder. I really don't know how I managed it. I had to re unzip the bugger. Then copied and pasted it. But YES no more Freetime CD usage. <3 Thank-you!!!

So I'm having new issues with the game now.
For some reason my sims can't get abducted. I decided let me download a patch because that's a what a lot of people suggested. I did that, and of course, the game didn't work after that since it was asking me to insert the new CD. I know patches replace the crack after they update them, but does anyone know a way I can go around this and play the game?
I mean I know I can easily just replace it with a new crack and play the game again, but that's not going to fix a thing because my sims still won't be able to get abducted. Does anyone know a way I can have my game updated but still be able to play it? *am I even making sense*
OK, I guess what I'm trying to say is that: is there a way I can play this game after I update it with a patch?

Ok, I stopped seeding since this just doesn't work. I used Magiciso, Daemon tools and Alcohol 120% and for all of them I received the same message "Windows couldn't open this image disc. It may be corrupt". And no, I'm not new in this thing, I downloaded and installed many other programs with this file extension and had no problems before. Maybe it's fake and the people here telling it's works is fake too, or the file maybe broken in the source. I deleted the file and no, i'm not gonna download it again 'cause it's just too damm slow to download the whole thing again. Good luck.

i just downloaded it, so i got all those zip files, i extracted one of these and it turnes into another zip file, but bigger, and when im tryin to extract it once more it keeps sayin that the file is empty so it can't extract it. i am so ****** off. what can i do about it?

hey, im downloading right now, been dying to play this, i downloaded the sims 2 game from the pirate bay, and it works fines, the only problem is, where the files r installed to(the directory), the only thing that shows up is about 3 folders with only 1 or 2 files in them, but the game still works, would that affect the expansions???

My other comment was 276. now I can get it to the part where it downloads after I out in the serial number, it gets to 100% , then it says: This product will now ensure that your existing installation is up to date. The only option it gives me it to click OK. Here's where it all messes up, after I hit OK it says: The Sims2 is not installed or installed improperly on your machien. Please install or reinstall the Sims2.
The Sims2 has already been installed on my computer long ago, along with the Saesons expansion. Why is it saying this or what can I do now??

Apparently I'm the only with this problem.
When i try to copy the crack to the TSBin map, he says the next thing:
"Cannot copy the 'Sims2EP8'. Files on this cd can only be read. You cannot copy of move files to this cd."
Pls help me... I downloaded another version before and he said the same ting, I can't figure out what I have to do....
